This excursion was the highlight of our trip! The staff were friendly, fun and professional. The snorkeling was great and we got to see sting rays. I would highly recommend this trip. It has an open bar so it seems more appropriate for adults, the party got a little rowdy towards the end. We thought the food was ok, we didn’t love the salad or the cheese.

Mateo and crew were great! I was a little seasick in the beginning due to rough waters but once we got to the cove for swimming we had so much fun. Also food was really good and drinks were flowing. Would come back.

We booked a boat tour for a group of 11 friends, and it was a great experience for everyone. Some of us brought snorkels and loved swimming, while others preferred to relax on the boat with drinks. Both groups enjoyed the ride. The food was good, and the drinks were plentiful.
There was a miscommunication about the ride service, but the manager quickly resolved it through WhatsApp. I recommend reaching out to them in advance to avoid any issues. Overall, it was a fun and well-organized trip.

The trip started off well Paola one of the tour guides was really nice. My nephew who is 16 got in the water to snorkel and caught a cramp in both legs. I signaled to Paola and she came over to see what was wrong. I told her he caught a cramp. She gave us a safety ring and the other tour guide came over as she was leading the group of 20 people. The other tour guide asked him if he could continue I don’t see how u can continue with a cramp in both legs. He really wanted to go so he tried to see if it would go away. He was rushed back to the boat. When we arrived at the boat the safety ring was wrapped around my nephew. I tried to untangle the rope and the tour guide just ripped it off him. No remorse. When I got back to the boat I was upset because they were treating him like an adult and he’s just a teen. I asked if someone could stay with us in the water by the boat since the group was at the reef. The captain said it was impossible? How why?The captain was very insensitive. Everyone swims a different level there should be another person able to swim with the people who can’t swim out to the reef. After I got upset and started cursing they offered the person making the food to go in the water with us. No thank you let it stay impossible now that you made me feel uncomfortable. I never felt so unsafe and neglected on a tour. After the group returned they let us off the boat in a different area. I was sitting by the captain when he left to announce to the rest of the boat that we were stopping. When we stopped I did get off to try to enjoy the rest of the experience but it just felt off and I couldn’t wait for it to end. I strongly believe 2 tour guides is not enough for this excursion.

Snorkeling is included, it's according to the weather conditions, it's not mandatory and it's not the main activity to do during the day. Basically, snorkeling it's a plus we kindly do for our guests who know how to swim. We also offer activities in the land, like Mayan Temples and ATVs, those ones you don't need to worry about swimming. We will be glad to organize some of them for you the next time!

Arranging the pickup from the hotel wasn’t bad at all and we were off! Once we got on the boat, the fun began. The boat crew & staff were definitely a highlight of the day ~ they were fun & attentive to our needs! The food & open bar was decent but the snorkeling was amazing! We saw lots of fish and stingrays!

In the description I was under the impression that it would be a maximum of 15-20 people but they actually have a limit of 30-40 people on the catamaran which is a little crowded when you first get on there. But when you get to the area that you do the water activities it's actually not bad

I really expected a better experience with this tour. Firstly, the tour coordinator was extremely rude to me when I questioned the pick up location. When I booked, I put my pick up location as the hotel zone. This prompted a message that said pick up for hotel zone is at Kore Hotel. The tour company reached out and said I had not confirmed my trip. I did not receive a confirmation request since I booked the trip 3 months prior. The tour is over 100$ why would I just not show up? The tour agent said “you are telling us this in the last minute?” The tour company tried to tell me they could not arrange to pick up me at the correct location. Just very rude responses from the company.
The tour itself was ok. The water is pretty but rough. The snorkeling was a huge let down and felt very rushed. The guide was ushering use back onto the boat 10 minutes after we got out in the water. The provided meal was a lot of different foods, but nothing traditional or good? At the end of the trip we stopped at a shallow area with other boats to hang out for about an hour. It was fun but not a pretty place or clean water.
Positive? The bar tender “Horse” was incredibly friendly and really turned the trip around.
Overall, I would absolutely not take this tour again and I would not recommend it to anyone who values their money.

The pick up location could be different depending on where are you staying at or where the local authorities let us park to collect our guests. We sent you several messages 10 days prior and you answered us just the night before the activity, didn't confirm where you were staying at. Impossible to control weather or ocean conditions. For the next time, we will be glad to arrange a Private Tour for you, just let us know with enough anticipation.

Boat 23 provided amazing services doing with what they can to adjust the schedule due to current conditions at the time. The food was amazing served in great portions and variety. Advise about this is research the weather or check along the coast if there's a red flag it means the waves are choppy hence dangerous to explore.

The crew treated us very well, very attentive and kept the drinks coming ,
Even though the waves in the ocean were very strong which made A lot of ppl sea sick we all made the best of it . Other than a few ppl getting sea sick everything was wonderful . Ivan was the best . Also make sure you arrive at the meeting point on time because they won’t wait for long. We learned that the hard we actually arrived a few mins late so we had to actually drive to the Port ourselves . That was our fault . But I all ended up being great because we made it to scheduled trip on time to our sailing experience

Enjoyable 2.5-3 hours on the water. No rushed experience. Rest of time is commuting to/from boat and waiting for other locations to arrive. Overall ~6 hour day.

Man this was one of the best boating experiences I have been on. The crew are hilarious and downright a great time, the food was the right balance of light and delicious so that you can maximize your water time and by the time I got off I was completely faded. 10/10 it’s a must do!

My friend and I had a great time! I can't remember our hosts name but he was tatted up with a clean ball head. He and the crew was so amazing well worth it. He did the guided swim with the fishes and stingrays. You don't have to swim if you don't want too. You can stay and relax on the boat and enjoy the unlimited drinks i.e. alcohol, beer, soda, and water. The lunch was very light but delicious. The lunch is not unlimited so eat beforehand. Our pickup and drop off was great as well. Book with them and make sure to tip the crew! They work hard.

We had an amazing day on the water. We were picked up promptly in style. When we got to the port staff awaited us and we were seated near a cafe excellente! We got on a beautiful catamaran and the ride out was so scenic and the staff loved us ! The snorkelers seen a stingray and plenty of fish while we hung back on the boat and got on water float…. So refreshing. They took the most beautiful photo of us in the middle of the ocean. The drinks were great and the food was refreshing. They made sure we kept refreshments and anything we needed they were ready. I already had other friends book this excursion in May and another in August. Do it the whole family will love it, the adventurer, the relaxer and the kids.

I had a great day as a solo traveler with Cancun Adventures via Viator. Pickup from the supermarket in Tulum was easy, I was the only guest from Tulum Pueblo so we went straight to Puerto Aventuras. Once you arrive and get your wristband you have time to walk around/use the bathroom/get a “free” beer or tequila tasting from the souvenir shop. We had to wait about 30
minutes for the rest of our group to arrive, which stressed some of the guests out — the waiting area was pretty warm — but once we were all assembled we headed out to the boat.
I was nervous because I read a review from someone that there were 100 people on her boat, but mine had about 25, which was as promised. The boat was large so you can spread out and after a quick safety briefing we were headed out.
There was music and non alcoholic drinks on the way out. Then we headed in to snorkel. Equipment was good quality and floatation waist bands were included. The snorkeling was fun! We went with the guide and saw stingrays and many tropical fish. No turtles this time, but I’m sure they’re out there. If you don’t want to snorkel you can stay on board and start drinks and lunch early. Otherwise we came back, had time for lunch, drinks, and swimming, and then drinks and music the whole way home — a great party. It was a really fun time out on the water.
The only downside was getting connected to my ride home. If you’re going with a large group or to one of the big resorts it was fairly easy, the vans were waiting for you. But since I was traveling solo I couldn’t figure out where to go and which van to get in and the drivers didn’t have much info. At one point it was just me and another group standing there and all the vans had left. The front desk staff were busy checking in the next tour group and couldn’t help. Finally a van did come and get us after I wrangled someone into calling the front office. But it would be super helpful to have a staff member with the vans who could direct people coming off the boat and check to make sure everyone gets picked up.

My fiancée & I really enjoyed the sailing. We did think it was adults only & a small group but we were on a large catamaran with over 100 people. I did paddle boarding for the first time & loved it! The food & drinks were great. The only thing I did not appreciate was the racist captain. He allowed another guest to drive the boat for a little while but not my fiancée & he had no good reason as to why. She asked twice & he was just rude & nasty towards us. We did not tip because of him!

Overall very enjoyable and fun. Highlights include nice and accommodating staff, good food and drink, and ease of booking. Drawbacks include confusion in meeting up with driver (met at super market for meeting spot where other tours gathered), waiting time between checking in and getting on the boat, and being crowded on the boat itself/lack of space.

This half day trip has it all! Transportation is provided from various pick up points with good a/c & tunes. The food was delicious, the drinks were cold (& unlimited), the crew was so much fun, and our group was engaged in the activities. Catch some rays in the nets or sit in the many shaded areas of the catamaran. The optional snorkeling was broken into two groups - short (near the boat with masks) and long (near the reef with flippers, masks and life jackets) so anyone could enjoy! There were water mats to float on and paddle board for use. There was also an on board photographer you could choose to purchase photos from. The crew was so extremely accommodating; customer service was top notch. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing day out in the water with optional adventures! Can’t wait to return and do it all over again!

Amazing crew. Good food. Great drinks. Clean boat my only complaint is long ride in the van do to a lot of stops took over 2 hours to get back to our resort. Should have only taken 40 minutes. But the van driver was amazing also.
