Awful place hardly a shopping experience full of crap clothing insulting to expect people to spend 5 hours there an hour is sufficient

We booked this for our first day in Toronto and after waiting 45mins for the bus we found out it wasn't coming due to traffic and they sent an SUV however it couldn't hold everyone so we all had to wait for a second car - we got to the mall at 12.30pm and then were left with no confirmation of pick up time due to the missing bus, we all agreed to meet at 4pm the original time but it didn't show so after a phone call by a local we eventually found out the pick up was at 5pm - shopping was great but service really was not.

In comparison to other outlets I have been to this one is very small, found out there is another one further out and offers a free shuttle from union station, so if you want to travel a little out go for Vaughan, if not this is ok,good time to go though because shops were empty.

Ok but nothing special. Pricier and not as many stores as US outlets I've been to. Shuttle company disorganised on departure as vehicle not big enough which delayed for 30 mins but pick up very efficient. Really didn't need the 6 hours and found had to kill time before pick up

Easy way of getting there. No stress. Shopping is good. We've found few things we liked this time. Outlet mall shopping is a requirement of mine every time I visit USA or Canada.
