    We had problems with our ArriveCAN app at the airport causing a delay in meeting our driver. We were able to communicate with her that we would be late & she connected us with her supervisor, authorizing the delay. After that we had a great drive to the hotel.

    Driver never showed. Called the company and they said they couldn’t accommodate but they could do the return transfer. FULL REFUND DUE ASAP

    The driver was pleasant, he came on time. I still belive that the per person cost is a bit high. But would still recommend.

    Overpriced Uber service

    We were picked up promptly. Not the vehicle we were expecting, it is more of a high priced Uber service. Not a luxury vehicle experience as described on the website. For almost $80 this service was overpriced. You can call a Uber or Taxi service and probably pay less. Not the type of service described on website. The driver knew very little English, it was his personal vehicle he used to pick us up at the airport. Driver was very pleasant though, even offered us a bottle of water.

    I called in and provided pick up and drop off points and was sold this transfer - they day before the pick up the provider contacted me a requested an additional 90 USD or they were going to cancel the transfer the return transfer offered was not provided nor refunded

    Viator Is A Scam

    I called Viator at 9:12 a.m. to tell them my flight change. I have attached a picture of my call logs first I was told they would change it. I have attached a copy of the email changed from 1:00 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. Then I was told to call the driver. I called the driver he said he wasn't coming at 4:20 because I should have called four hours prior. I later received an email saying I should have called two hours prior to cancel or make changes if you look at my call log I called at 9:12 a.m. Viator also charge me a higher price from the airport to my hotel the price they charged me was for two trips not one. It's not $76.00 for one trip.

    Disgraceful service

    We waited over an hour for the transfer when we spoke to someone eventually and they looked into it and couldn't understand what had happened, it then cost us 200 dollars for a taxi and now they are refusing to show us the evidence the transfer turned up. Will never use again ,

    Our driver was very sweet & kind. Her Toyota van was comfortable & new. Traffic was heavy but she was a good driver & went out of her way to drop us off as close to our Airbnb as she could.

    This company was the absolute worst. Their website was misleading and when a refund was requested because what was sent for us to pick us up was not what we requested instead of a nice vehicle we got a broken down civic. It was filthy, dirty inside and paid $95 for it not happy and do not recommend this company for any reason whatsoever they refused to refund and I’m still fighting with them.

    Transfer was organized very good. The driver contacted me the night before with all important information and asked to text him when we will be off the plane. When we got our luggage and get out of the airport we told him our location and he was there in 2 minutes. He helped with our luggage and we had a nice drive to our hotel.

    Instead of a big black SUV with an accommodating English speaking driver, yes I sent a man who’s could not speak ANY English in a smaller Toyota SUV that looked like a used family car. Not what I expected or paid for.

    Bad/worst experience: driver did mot show up. Good thing that he told me in advance so I was able to go secure a taxi and don't remain worry about if I will be picked up or not. And airport taxi was fast enough and turned out good at even smaller price than thus event

    We were supposed to be picked up at the airport in Toronto and arrived on time. We were at the prearranged pick up area within an hour of our arrival and no one was there to pick us up! We called driver only to get a voicemail and no return call. No effort was made to call us. I have used Viator in the past and never had a problem ! This was most disappointing and I would like my money refunded!

    Company canceled transportation

    14 minutes before we were to be picked up and taken to the airport, which was 88 miles away, the ride was canceled! Rather than automatically refunding my money, I have to send an email asking for a refund. I’ll not be using this service again.

    Poor Service

    Reserved 4 SUG’s for my group of 17. Toronto airport baggage was very slow. 3 cars waited for us, one left without communicating to me his intentions. Four people in my group, including 2 handicapped people, were stranded at the airport. I called customer service but he couldn’t or wouldn’t help, we ended up getting a taxis after waiting over an hour. Very disappointed, will not use this service again.

    Driver didn’t come directly to arrival gate he sent text to my phone but I didn’t have phone on we didn’t know where he was then he turns up in small sedan no room for luggage then he takes us to wrong hotel not the one entered in his GPS What a joke don’t use this service

    My flight was delayed and my ride was not there to pick me up. I ended up taking a taxi to my hotel. You should give me a refund and if not I will dispute this charge with my credit card company.

    Not worth the risk

    The driver I communicated with was courteous. However, I had a very negative experience because my connecting flight was cancelled, so I was not on the flight where I had arranged pickup. There was no provision to cancel my reservation since this all happened the day of travel. I would warn anyone that if they miss their final flight, they will lose their entire payment. Some people may still wish to use this service, but given how unpredictable airline travel can be, I do not think it is worth the risk.

    The driver did not turn up. We were left at Toronto airport with no transport. The phone number we were given was out of service and we could not contact the driver. We checked with security at the airport and they had no record of our booking. All private hires must be registered with them to be allowed to pick up. We had to pay for another taxi transfer. Very disappointed, not the usual Viator experience.

    The driver didn't bother waiting for us. We had to join the queue to get a taxi downtown which was a hassle after such a long journey and a 5 hour time difference.
