Overview

Learn to make sushi in a Japanese home at a small-group cooking class in Kita City. Since you’re making an ‘omakase-style’ menu, it reflects the very freshest fish available on the day you take the class; working alongside a skilled cook, you’ll practice making hand-rolled ‘nigiri,’ sliced ‘maki’ rolls, decorative ‘kazari’ sushi, pressed ‘oshi’ sushi, and homestyle ‘chirashi’ sushi.
