The tour company wasn't very responsibe to inquiries. The pick up location was up in the air and I sent several messages via the Viator app and got barely any responses. Closer to the tour date I had the same issue with them taking days to respond, or giving vague answers.
Basso was the guide assigned to us. He was very knowledgeable, but spent a lot of time on his phone, even while driving us around very winding mountain roads. He also didn't seem to have a plan at the start of the day and asked us what we wanted to see. It was our first time in Tenerife, so we really had no idea.
He did take us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch, and showed us beautiful views from very high vantage points, but not certain we truly saw everything the island had to offer.

Excellent guide who was able to answer our endless questions. Plenty of time at the stops. And an early (9am) start meant we missed the crowds and traffic jams in August. Absolutely beautiful island.

We had a lovely day with Basso! He gave us lots of information about the many places we visited, introduced us to the hidden gems of Tenerife, as well as the must-see places, and made our day fun and educational. We had plenty of time at each stop, and enough stops to admire the beauty of the island

Excellent tour provided by get holiday with detailed information provided by a friendly and customer focused guide. Being in a small group you received personal attention and confortable travel in a minibus. Would highly recommend this tour.
