It was a great experience, we loved it a lot. The team were professional, helpful, and friendly. I would personally recommend to dine elsewhere beforehand as we did, because the restaurant was too crowded for us and the choice seemed limited. We did not hear anyone in our group complaining about the food though, so this is only an observation.

Great experience, sunset and astronomy from a mountain top.
Food and company good also.
Be aware food is first stop and early, also no toilets after that. A coach with a toilet would be ideal.

It was a great experience, we loved it a lot. The team were professional, helpful, and friendly. Dinner was awful, did complain to the server, but he just took the plates away. The
Stargazing Experience was okay. Took ages to get a look through the telescopes as over 50 people on the tour. Probably better just to have eater before you go.

Such a remarkable experience, not to be missed . Staff very knowledgeable. The personal touches on this trip such as drinks given to watch the sunset and hot chocolate at the end of your stargazing experience.

Food was awful, cheap boiled chicken leg in gravy and a small plate of chips for 2 couples. Despite plenty of room in the restaurant we were crammed next to strangers on tables, completely against social distancing.
The night itself was slow, clouds all over the night sky and lots of talking to cover for the lack of star gazing. Despite claims of 99% of clouds below us.
The sunset again was blanked out by the clouds and haze rendering a large part of the trip useless and again not acknowledged.
The only good bit was the tour guide on the bus who was informative and funny
but in no way linked to the stargazing experience we had hoped.
Please avoid, seek a more professional company.

Many thanks for your review. It is a difficult time for us all during these winter months. and the weather is unpredictable. We usually do cancel trips with a full refund due to bad weather and clouds. We aim for stargazing not cloud watching. We are sorry that on this day the clouds came over when not expected.

It was my husband’s birthday the day we were supposed to do the trip. It got canceled due to rain. Vikki was great with helping us reschedule the tour. My husband and I had a wonderful time at the National Park. All the guides were great and very knowledgeable. That is until my husband and I got shuffled around cars. Someone wasn’t feeling well and we switched vehicles so that they could get back to their hotel. We had no problem in helping them out. One the way back, the tour guide dropped us off at the gas station where we were assured that we could leave our cars by the tour company. The gates were locked and we couldn’t get our car out. The tour guide then pointed out that the other gates might be open and while my husband and I went to check, he went back to the van and drove off! We were locked in at the gas station in the middle of nowhere! The guide could of at least offered to take us to a hotel in the south. We called the police and they said that they could not do anything. We had to sleep in our car in the cold. I have a chronic illness and being forced to sleep in our car in the cold made me feel worse. I became light headed and got several nose bleeds due to being stuck at that altitude. I’m disappointed by the actions of the company for allowing us to be stranded there without offering any assistance. Especially when emailing had been so easy and helpful and Matthew on the way, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had emailed the company a little over a week ago about all of this without any sort of explanation other than they are looking into it...

Viator me confirmó una reserva donde no había plazas, me la cancelaron el mismo día de la excursión porque estaban sin plaza desde hacía semanas. Todo fatal, además el call center de Viator de reservas no sabían darme información y me colgaban
