Itinerary
Your tour begins with pickup at your Tenerife hotel. Board an air-conditioned vehicle, greet your small group and travel along the scenic curve of the west coast towards Los Gigantes — colossal cliffs that stretch 960 feet (600 meters) into the sky.
Stop at a lookout point to capture photographs of the geological wonders and then continue to Icod de los Vios to visit its dragon tree, reputed to be the oldest of its kind in the world. Next, head to La Orotava Valley to admire landscapes abundant with banana plantations, lush vineyards and pine-clad mountains.
Cap your cultural tour with a visit to Candelaria and absorb the sacred aura of Basílica de Nuestra Señora de Candelaria, an impressive domed church flanked by a plaza in which nine enormous warrior statues reside. Conclude your tour with drop-off at your Tenerife accommodation.

A good value trip. Did not expect r language commentary, but given the half load on bus ,fair. Ity that one language commentary in french was without the mike and more a personal chat with the passengers near him

We booked a small group tour in a minivan with a maximum of 15 people. Unfortunately, we were put on a coach with more than double that many people! I would not have booked this tour if it was on a tour bus as I get motion sick and since we were almost the last of people to join the tour, we were stuck at the back and the tour guide basically said "tough". There are a lot of twists and turns which made the tour quite uncomfortable when fighting motion sickness. The tour was 9 hours long and we were only off the bus for 3 hrs and 10 minutes. Would not recommend.

Trip was great, got to see many highlights of Tenerife. Also had some free time to wander around and shop. Guide was great as well. Only bummer was I had to sit all day next to a man who was very sick with a bad cough, and he wasn't wearing a mask. By that evening I started coughing, and had a horrible cough/cold the rest of my vacation. Not the Tour .Operator's fault, but I wish if people are sick they would be more considerate of others

Excellent day out to see more of the island of Tenerife. It’s a long day, so be prepared! Check your pick up time, I was given 0830, when it was actually 0935 (a lot of difference when you are on holiday!)

A brilliant guide, Thomas and a skillful driver Jose. Odered in a small 15 pers. bus got a big bus with cramped legspace a tons of stops at hotels. But overall a nice day.

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. What was very frustrating to me was it took two hours to pick up passengers from the other side of the island. When we visit the point of interest, we were there for a very short time not enough time to enjoy I felt it was a race. I suggest they should only do Two. Pick up points, and let us have more time to visit each place

Could not understand 95% of what the guide said. Too large a group also. Not great stops for most part. Was on a Viator tour on Gran Canary several years ago and was an all day tour. It was one of the best tours we had in 25 years of traveling.

Good tour in the sense that we covered some interesting places. The guide Chris was very knowledgeable and dealt with a large group in three languages. However he was over sensitive when people were whispering while he was talking. Felt he was talking to a class of kids. However the main reason I only give 3 stars is because we spent circa 3 hours picking up and dropping off. The group was far too large and distributed in terms of pick up location. Better to find a smaller tour group.

We spent a lot of time on the bus, and then we had very little time to see some of the spots. It would be better to see less spots but have more time to see them, then have a lot of places to see and then you have to rush through them. Less is more...

The description of the trip on the website was not clear. It said that there would be a maximum of 15 participants but we ended up on a bus with 50 people, which was not what we expected.

The tour was excellent, really worth the money. We have seen most of the places that we wanted to see. You won't see the Teide or Santa Cruz so if you want to see those places you'll need to buy separate excursion. The guide was very knowledgeable and spoke in 4 languages. I learned a lot and brought back lots of amazing photos. Thank you.

It’s a big island! The tour is kind enough to pick up travelers in the south of Tenerife.
We thought the tour was English speaking only so felt a little sad for the tour guide when he had to repeat each conversation in French. Exhausting.
The tour was a great overview of the island! Recommend this tour if you have not been to Tenerife! Our driver was amazing...very good driving....and Christopher our guide was very informative!

Problems with the pick up .It was a hotel a taxi ride from our hotel so we had to pay for the journey both ways! Not very satisfactory. However the trip itself was very good with an excellent guide who made the trip very enjoyable.

We were very satisfied with the tour, comfortable bus, tour guide with lot of information about island provided. We have seen interesting places - Los Gigantes, Garachico, La Orotava, Dragon tree, Puerto de la Cruz (lunch break) and Candelaria. There was time range for every stop provided in advance - we advise to be on time in bus (also to ask for guide phone number in case of getting lost so he can navigate you to thetbus!!!). We recommend the tour it was totally worth the money. Thank you

Our tour guide was fantastic and the tour was smooth. We saw lots of interesting places but we didn't feel rushed at all. The guide seemed to be full of humour, and all in all a thoroughly full tour. Stops were'nt few and far between and seemed bang on in my opinion.
It's a must tour in Tenerife!

We chose not to hire a car whilst staying at our holiday rental, so this was a great way to see some of Tenerife in one day.
The customer service at Viator were very helpful in finding a nearby hotel for pick up in the morning and we were transferred to a company car for our return journey, so hassle free for us.
The tour guide and driver were professional and this Island Tour is well worth recommending.

Very long day had few stops to look at old building visit church stopped in few towns do bit of shopping. Get to see some amazing scenic views from high up. You get to see the oldest tree on island. Tour guide was good.

What can I say? It was not a tour package but a great time with Uncle Christopher a lover of the Canaries. He pampered us, counseled us, entertained us... An anniversary that our friend will remember for a long time because he knew how to give another dimension to this simple day of discovery by coach.
