DO NOT BOOK!!

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR! They completely didn’t communicate the pick up time which was 1.5 hours earlier than what was written on all documentation. I woke up to 7 missed calls and had to get a taxi and pay for it in a rush to the departure location. When I contacted customer service they would refund me the taxi despite this being a HUGE miscommunication on their end! Also the local company was NOT surprised hearing about this, it’s happened many times before. The tour itself was ok. It took quite some time to get to the volcano - along the way we had to pull over on the road to let cars pass as you can only go 40km an hour on the bikes. When we got to the volcano (note it’s just from a distance) we were very rushed. Only given about 5-10 minutes tops! On the way back we stopped at a cafe - more time was spent here than at the volcano. Also if you are an experienced rider - they get angry if you want to be safe and go a reasonable speed off-road. There were some really unconfident riders that didn’t know what they were doing and slowed everyone down. Overall - wouldn’t recommend. Hire a car or a bike and go yourself!

Todo normalito, Antonello es muy amable y servicial. Yo no conocía la ruta pensé que era siempre dentro de la montaña y se hace tedioso por carretera. Y la sorpresa para todos es que verás a tú padre dándote la lata de que conduzcas mejor o nos vamos.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 10 Quads unterwegs. Die guides hatten alles im Griff. Wir sind eine sehr schöne Strecke zum Tide gefahren - kleine und größere Straßen und wie überall auf Teneriffa - viele Kurven. Die guides waren super drauf und wir hatten viel Spaß mit ihnen.

Sin duda la mejor excursión que hemos echo hasta el momento, tanto por parte de los guías como el paisaje, como la experiencia en general. Son unos profesionales de primera, tanto haciendo su trabajo, como de animadores... Supera con creces las expectativas. Gente súper preparada y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo aunque nunca hayas cogido un quad.
