To ensure a high quality surfing experience and provide optimal service, please review our cancellation policy: Individual Cancellations: According to the previous section, the contractor shall not be entitled to a refund of the price of the product after the contract has been concluded and has accessed the content or has been initiated, unless the service is not provided automatically after the contract. In the event that the service is not provided automatically, the cancellation and/or modification policy will be governed by the following terms and conditions: Cancellations made within twenty (20) days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund of the payment made (100%). Cancellations made between nineteen (19) days and forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the course will incur a penalty of twenty percent (20%) of the reservation. Cancellations made between forty-eight (48) hours and twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the course will incur a penalty of fifty (50%) of the reservation. For cancellations made twenty-four (24) hours and less before the start of the course, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Group classes: Minimum participants: Group classes require a minimum of 3 students to proceed. If the minimum is not reached: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will offer you the following options: Change of day and time: You can choose a new day and time for the class, subject to availability. Private lesson: If you prefer a personalized experience, you can book a private lesson for an extra charge of 35 euros. In this private class, you will receive more personalized attention and can tailor the session to your specific needs.

General conditions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. In the event of cancellation by the school due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Ocean Life Tenerife reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically before making a reservation.
