What To Expect
Make your way to Pelican Marina to board the 'Tango', a 63-foot (19-meter) sailing catamaran.
Climb on board and find a spot to sit down and relax. Get to know your friendly crew and fellow passengers as you sidle up to the open bar and munch on snacks. Feel the Caribbean breeze in your hair and the late-afternoon sun on your skin while the impressive boat sets sail up the coast of St Maarten. Watch the famous Caribbean sunset paint the sky a dozen colors. As the sun sinks toward the horizon, be sure to have your camera on hand for fantastic photo ops.
Sail back to Simpson Bay and, when the 'Tango' drops anchor in beautiful surroundings, dine on a buffet-style Creole dinner. Choose from baby back ribs, Creole chicken, salads, bread, beans, plantains and rice. After dinner, dig in to dessert and partake in some of the local rum. Dance the remainder of the evening away to Caribbean beats.
The 3-hour sunset cruise concludes when the boat docks at Pelican Marina.

Wow! What can I say? This was the best boat cruise I’ve ever been on. The crew were so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and the views from the boat simply incredible! It was totally worth every penny! I can’t wait to come back.

The dinner cruise was nice, the crew was very good and attentive to everyone, appetizers food and drinks were great and we even had rum cake for dessert. The boat pulled into a nice calm cove and anchored while everyone had dinner after which we had fun dancing all the way back to the dock.

Just amazing. The crew were the kindest and most attentive crew i ever experienced. The Captain was walked about and made sure all us good. Great man. The food was incredible. The chicken and grouper. Definitely recommend!

Great time good food very professional great music everyone was friendly the tour started one time the captain was amazing as well as his crew they went around and talked to everybody and they said that you were having a good time literally every 5 minutes.

It is amazing you walk down to the dock you get on the boat and you go out into the ocean you talk for a little bit. You get to have nice drinks and eat amazing food you get to listen to music and it’s such just a nice time.

We really enjoyed the dinner cruise. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was good and the passed appetizers were an added treat. The boat was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this if you visit St Martin.

Wow! This cruise exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking views, delicious food, and the perfectly curated music that set the atmosphere, everything was incredible. We left late food was average some was cold the stew beef was dry. I fed mine to the fish. The best part of the cruise was the return trip. Don't they listen to the weather is so station

"The Tango Caribbean Dinner Cruise was a great experience! The crew was friendly and full of energy, the open bar was great, and the sunset views were breathtaking.
My only critique is that both my husband and I got a little seasick when the boat anchored for dinner, so we were unable to eat. It would have been nice if the crew allowed us to take our plates to go rather than throw the food away. Because they do not allow you to take any food off the boat, we ended up having to buy dinner again afterward once our stomachs settled, which meant spending double on dinner that night.
Other than that rigid food policy, it was a good experience and a beautiful night on the water!"

For the days we were in St. Maarten and of the activities we attended, this was by fare the best. From the on-boarding, to the friendly staff and crew, to the sunset experience it was all above our expectations. This was also the best meal we had while on vacation!

Excellent food and drinks. No lines at the bar always able to get drinks. Staff was very friendly and made sure you have dri ks and food. Plenty of space to move around boat and good seating options including shade if needed. My family had an amazing time.

The music was very slow and boring, literally no tango music or anything upbeat. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was just sitting there the entire time until we got off. The captain refused music request, definitely for an elderly crowd. The title of the excursion is very misleading

OMG, I sure wish we would have done this sooner. It was AWESOME. From the captain to the entire staff, everyone treated us so good. They feed us appetizers and then had an amazing meal. The drinks were amazing (both alcohol and non-alcohol), the weather was PERFECT! I would DEFINITELY recommend this. Also met some amazing people on this ship as well. Would 1000% recommend this.
PS: people I have met who were just coming to our resort (Sonesta Maho Beach), I definitely told them about the Tango Sunset Caribbean Cruise and they were excited to book it.
