Top St Maarten Kayaking Tours

Paddle to parts of St. Martin that traditional tour boats can’t reach on a kayaking tour that takes you from Simpson Bay to the largest saltwater lagoon in the Antilles. Paddle at a leisurely pace and listen to stories from your guide that you’re unlikely to find in the guidebook, before enjoying a drink of your choice at a rest stop.

Paddle to Pinel Island from the closest kayak base on Saint-Martin. Cross 800 meters of calm, protected water inside the Saint-Martin Nature Reserve, spot sea turtles and pelicans along the way, and spend the day on a car-free beach. Perfect for cruise passengers, families, and first-time kayakers. Cruise port pickup included.

Forget the crowded resort boats. Spend the day sailing along the St. Maarten coast aboard the 52-foot catamaran Random Wind. After a quick safety briefing, relax under sail while enjoying drinks from the open bar. At the first stop, snorkel quiet reefs, swim, paddleboard, kayak, or float with a pool noodle. Look out for colorful fish, starfish, rays, and possibly turtles. A fresh lunch is cooked onboard: coconut chicken and rice, followed by cookies and chocolates. The second stop is for swimming and the Tarzan swing into deep blue water. Enjoy snacks, drinks, and music on the return cruise.
