Amazing experience!! Me and my bf had an amazing time and had a lot of fun. You are able to go at your own speed slow or fast however you want. We shared a jet ski between the two of us but we both got to drive it and switched halfway through! Would definitely recommend this tour

It is a must fof your todo list. 10 out of 10 for the experience. The instructor Theo is super nice and patient. I would suggest to get your own jet ski instead of sharing for the best experiences. Don't forget the sun screen. Enjoy!

Jaun was amazing, SO fun, and super impressive on a jet ski we all enjoyed watching him twirl around and do cool tricks on it throughout the tour. Wish I would have done this on my first day in town because I learned so many cool places I’d like to explore deeper!!

The staff was amazing. The manager came over and took my youngest daughter and wife on a jet ski while I was with my older daughter. They were clean and well kept machines. The staff extremely pleasant

We booked this at the night before we arrived on our cruise. Kevin set up a car to pick us up and he made sure we were back on time. It was more than we thought. He took us all around, we could play, swim, go fast, watch planes fly over, and just take in the beautiful sites. This was so much more than just a jet ski ride, it was a full tour. Robinson our driver was also amazing. Told us all about the island. Everyone was so nice and helpful and made us feel very safe.

We booked on the phone with Viator, and requested that we be picked up from the port. We had a hard time finding the pick up location, and came to find out that when they booked us on the phone they didn’t select for us to be picked up, so it wasn’t told to the company and they were not prepared to pick us up. However, due to a nice local taxi driver, we got in touch with the company and they were able to take us even with the confusion. That was the only issue we had. The driver that took us to our destination was so friendly, and at Jet Paradise the guides themselves were very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. We had a great tour, even riding through choppy waters, and learned so much. It was a beautiful island and we arrived to Maho beach with perfect timing to watch a plane fly over. My son experienced his first time driving a jet ski and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Love this crew!

Me and my husband rode together and I was so afraid but Kevin made me feel comfortable and he was patient. He explained each area and that was helpful to know what was expected. I enjoyed it and would actually do it again.

First time on a jetski ever!! Crazy experience. The instructor was very patient and always made sure that we were still there and ok! We were indeed a little slower but absolutely no judgments or comments were made. The beaches are amazing🌺 would 100% recommend! Also very good price for what is included

Wonderful jet ski adventure! Our guide had a lot of knowledge along the coastline. Had some time to go fast as well as swim in the water. Passed a turtle along the way! Swam in beautiful blue waters!

I can say I was a great tour and my tour instructor was great. The 1 thing I can say was there was lack of communication with the tour instructor and director. I was well into my tour when the director of the tour came to me out in the ocean to tell me that I only rented 1 jet ski. This wasn’t an issue if this was told before we left the dock. I was told when I checked in at the office that I had 2 jet skis and the director told the instructor I had 2 jet ski. So to my surprise the director wanted me to pay for another jet ski when it wasn’t my mistake on how many jet skis I was allowed to have. I followed the directions of my instructor when he told us the 2 jet skis assigned to us. I felt like they was trying to get more money from me for there mistake. Which was not ok. I would be happy to have only taken 1 jet ski if that’s what I paid for but not 1 hour into the tour to request money out in the ocean.

My husband and I did not have the best experience. It was actually a bit traumatizing. The blurb explicitly says “cruise at your own speed.” This was not the case. Now, my husband and I have been on jet skis before, but we were able to do what we wanted as far as go our speed and relax and not go too far out like other people did. I read this blurb about the experience and said okay, this seems cool. First, we get there and I asked if we could do two jet skis instead of one. The guide said no, he already counted them out. Okay, no problem. We head out to the jet skis and he goes over how to use the jet ski in French and English because the other people only spoke French. We then head out, as in far out, into the ocean. Not only did we go way out into the ocean, but it got to a point where the guide was going so fast on the jet ski, that we lost him. Thank God, I was able to see the other people that were in front of us. They were far out, but we were able to still see them. When we reached closer, the guide gestures for us to speed up. Yes, I said speed up. Were we speed demons? No, but we were definitely going about 45-50 mph. We were definitely expected to to go much faster than that. We will not let this experience deter us from going on a jet ski, but with the next experience, we will have more control. Mind you the waves were extremely bumpy and tumultuous. It was a rocky roller coaster for sure. If you want to cruise, take in the experience of being on the jet ski and not race or if it is your first time, this is not for you. I guess it also depends on the guide you have as well.

You should have been warned that water could be very chopy sometimes.

Rating is very good, because of the activity itself, however the instructor seemed to be frustrated related to me from the beginning. Either because of I booked via Viator or not sure.. Still before I did anything wrong. For sure his communication was overall different vs. to the others who booked as a pair or group and maybe locally.. As well he/the company mixed beginners and advanced what may always turn out not the best idea. Then he became upset when I lost them, because he went away and ahead with the pro riders like a bullet and I was left behind alone. I read he was patient before with beginners generally (this is why I booked this!) and did not want them to race after 2 minutes so maybe he just had a bad day... Overall, this is the reason why I went to the wrong way, since the whole group disappeared in a minute, and I overlooked the directions once, when it was still hard
to full-control the machine. As well on the way back the same happened almost, but of course for that time it was more comfortable for me to ride even at constant 50-60kms too... And rode-humped-jumped on bigger waves too, etc. That was already fun. But not in the first 5 minutes!!! It is anyways a golden rule that nobody has to be left behind, the instructions might be more detailed to starters (so the experience would not start anyways unsafe), as well ask and notice when everyone is comfortable with the initial speed, etc. Then nobody will be frustrated, not even the instructor. Maybe in this case ask if the one would
rather be a passenger and try the jet ski when and for as long as it is a wish. This is just another idea. It was fully my dedication that I did not give up in the first some mins, so could
do the full tour. No, wrong way
was not about to give up. During the first minutes, even not in a port area full of traffic and waves, so what to do as a full beginner there and then? Sure, to wait for wonder and maybe if I hit a ship or something... Nothing happened for about 2 mins. so I tried alone to find control and became redirected by that and the waves. Can tell me why I went the wrong way, etc, and can make me again ashamed and shout at me as in front of the group, but ultimately I was a first timer and instead of getting a cert or at least a 'congrats that you nailed it during the time' comment, as yes, I can be proud to myself that I made it also at good speeds and without felling off. But.. Instead of these not even goodbye to me. So this is why I may not recommend this, even not for this higher overall price for beginners who are not part of a group. If there would still be the risk to run into something similar. That was also strange that we did not get drinking water neither for this price at the end when asked for and my taxi was as well forgotten to be called.. It was not a superb hospitality, unfortunately, but the 4 stars goes for the water, the jetski abd mother narure. There is room for improvement, as this is not only about riding skills, right? Constructive suggestion: hire someone to take photos and videos from a boat/ashore, then you can sell those if you want to, but it might be a nice addon. ... I wanted initially to stay longer, and try other waterstuff too there, but will do 'business' rather somewhere else and maybe nothing like this anymore. I am sorry if I caused any inconvenience because of I joined as a starter and overooked a direction once from the many... However as per these descriptions and ratings (if these are not fake) these all should not be a problem (even not to be a starter) if the level of hospitality would raise.

I had never went jet skiing before, it was so much fun. Best part of the trip, it was badass. Got up to 72km/h at one point. Catching major air on the waves as well. We went all around the island and the guides were kind and relaxed. If you have went jet skiing before or you never have, go on this trip because you have a lot of freedom with this activity. They let you go as fast as you want or you can just chill. They aren’t strict so you don’t feel pressured at all. I like these dudes, I was the only english speaking person but they made sure to tell me about the main things that they wanted me to know in english still. Gotta be the best part of my trip and I did a lot of stuff, it’s kind of like riding a dirtbike but on the water.

Great time! Best experience of vacation! 90 mins was just the right about of time for jet skis. The water was amazing and tour guide allowed to to actually "play" instead of it feeling like a tour. Friendly folks!

Although the reservation said "Port pickup", no one was there to pick us up.
We walked the pier and Port for an hour looking for anyone from St Maarten Jet Ski and no one was there. The Port information booth called the company contact number but no one answered their phone.

Sorry for the bad expérience. We usually contact all our guest 24 to 48 hours before the tour tomorow check if they need pick-up because this service is extra but frequently used by our guest.
However when you book your tour the company was running by someone else as I left the island for one year with my family for a Big road trip. The experience you had with us is far from the level of service we usually offer to our guest.
I really apologies and if you ever come back to us I will come and pick-up you up personally😉
