The tour was wonderful! Our tour guide Jacopo was exceptional. We would highly recommend Jacopo. Take this tour, it is worth it!
We had a terrible experience with this provider - we had a 4 hour window in Siena and thought this 3 hour tour would be perfect. We booked it and made our way to Siena. Having arrived at the meeting location 10 mins early the operator contacted us via WhatsApp to ask if we were flexible on time and date. We obviously said no, and so they cancelled 5 mins before the tour was due to start. Whilst we are getting a refund there was no offer of a voucher or good will gesture. We think that is appalling service as we were left stranded. Viator also did nothing in terms of good will gesture. We won’t be using this site again, and urge others to get confirmation of their booking well in advance before relying on it.
Veronica was the best guide we have ever had. We’ve traveled the world and have gone on many tours, high-end, on the lower side, in the middle. She is the absolute best and went above and beyond all of our expectations. Even after the tour, she was extremely accommodating and made us feel like a local. I would never use anyone else ever. Absolutely 10 out of 10 the best you’re gonna get.

Gulia was our guide in Spanish to learn how Italians eat in Tuscany if they walk down the street working or making orders. All delicious and the guide very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was raining almost the whole time but it was fun and Gulia very friendly and worried about us.
