This is a MUST! We did not just get on a horse and carriage we had Alba an informative, cultured, and fun tour guide with us! She truly made our ride a wonderful experience. As we looked around to other carriages they seemed to marvel at the beautiful architecture but had no clue about they symbolism. It's worth the time and money!

The guide was very good and knowledgeable but I felt that this tour was miss sold. I thought that the cost included the horse and cart trip as it wasn’t cheap, but it was just the cost for the guide. An extra 45 euro was required in cash for the ride itself. That put a dampener on the trip from the start

Hi Ann! Sorry you were disappointed, but this information is very clear in the description of the tour; I wrote it myself in different parts of the description and exclusions so that everyone is aware of it. The carriages only accept cash payments, so we cannot be responsible to pay taxes on their behalf, for that matter, the payments are made separately. I also always send an email the day before the tour reminding everyone about the payment for the driver, in case they missed the repeated message in the product description.
The price you paid is the official minimum price for a private guide according to the Association of Tour Guides; and the 45€ is the official price of the carriages (City Hall regulation).
In all these years of doing this tour, no one has ever complained about it, so I’m sorry if you misunderstood the inclusions of the tour (the list of inclusions also say that the carriage payment is made separately).

We chose this tour because one of our party is elderly and could not walk far in the hot weather. We are very glad we did because the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Without doubt this was the best way for us to get a good introduction to Sevilla.

This is not the same as the rides available for tourists in Seville. This is a carriage ride with a tour guide to point out the sites of Seville. Our guide, Alba, was great and the carriage ride was too. It was a great way to enjoy the Plaza de Espagne and the adjacent park.

By far this was an excellent experience. The tour guide revealed she was highly educated and was reflected in her mastery of the English language. The in depth history lesson along the way provided a deeper appreciation for the rich cultural history the town has. Bring a hat and sunglasses if you decided to do this in the middle of the day.

Alba was a tremendous guide. She knew so much about the city and was very charming. What a great way to see so much of the city in a short period of time. The only thing I questioned is that the tour didn't come with wine or cava as described on viator.

Alba is awesome! Very sweet and knowledgeable. Gave us great recommendations for shopping and dining as well! She was able to help set up a second carriage for friends to go right in front of us as well, so we could all stop for photos. Highly recommend!!

Precisamente antes solíamos hacer rutas de 1h20, pero para dar descanso a los caballos y para reducir gestiones, nos hemos quedado solo con la versión corta, que es el itinerario estipulado para estos cocheros.
