This was a very worth while and professional, knowledge filled tour. Pedro gave a history of the Jewish Quaret and context for what we were seeing. His knowledge of Santa Cruz, its people and customs added immence and precious value to our tour.

Extremely poor service by Tour Operator, Guydeez, tour guide, and Viator!

The tour guide was not at location at designated time. We waited for 40 minutes, before departing. There was poor communication with the tour operator, and the guide, and us. In fact the tour operator requested our credit card information a few weeks in advance, outside of the Viator app, which they claimed as an error. Also, the original guide, attempted to move our time, which we could not. They said they would get us another guide, which we could not find. I messaged the tour guide at 2:40 pm, that we had to depart. He messaged back that the tour operator told him to leave after waiting for 1 hour & 40 minutes. No refund given. Would not trust Guydeez tour operator, and cancelling two future Viator bookings and using Get Your Guide.
