The guide was great and it was interesting biking through areas we hadn't been to. The bikes could be of a better standard and condition the bike I used the pedal fell off. A basket would help greatly with carrying gear like many other operators supply. Also if you need to use a bathroom do so before going to the meeting point as there at no usable facilities available. If these things were rectified it would be a great tour.
