After flight delay (I advised we were going to be 2 hours late twice) we were NOT picked up at the airport in Bali. We had to outlay $35 to get transport to our accommodation. This was totally unacceptable. We were very tired and for this to happen made me so very angry. I would like to be reimbursed our Viator pick up payment and ideally get reimbursed our $35 taxi fare to our accommodation. I had to wait until now to write this review as I was too angry when it happened. Shame on you Viator

Hi Rhonda, First of all we would like to say so sorry about this stuation, our driver already pick up, but he did not realize that your flight was delay,so he leaved after around 3 hours waiting. We did miss comunication about that. We really do apolgize about that. And we did already send back the money since you got the taxi to your hotel. Kadek

MSG him saying my flight was delayed before take off he said no problem then wouldn’t answer his phone once I landed had to get different transportation

Dear Mr. Stephen First of all , i would like to sorry about this situation, that can make you not happy , event giving me bad reviews 🙏. For your flight was delayed i was already track that on my app flight radar, so i know exactly when you plane was landed and i already arrived at airport before your flight was landed at that time ( i can show about the record with the airport system) For not answer your call at airport: sometimes the connection of internet is bad at airport, especially if you used WIFI at airport. at that time i was holding my phone, if there was call of course i Will answer that , because i was already there holding sign of your name infront of elevator or Bali banana ( i Will attach also the sign). I know many people holding sign, may you not Saw me or find me. I already pick up you base on SOP. I hope you Will find this attachment on message and i already sent it to your WhatsApp Clearly.
