We had a great experience with Budi, our driver who picked us up from the airport. He was punctual, welcoming, and very professional. After a long flight, it was so nice to be greeted with a warm smile and smooth, comfortable transportation. Budi helped with our luggage, made sure we were settled, and even shared helpful tips about the area along the way.

Very late reply from the driver forcing me to book an alternative transportation. Grab is more efficient and cheaper. Don’t waste your time with this.

Our drivers car had no clutch and couldn’t go over 30km an hour, what was supposed to be a 20 min trip was nearly an hour and barely enough room after we requested 4adults and 4 suitcases

Good experience. Our flight was about 20 minutes late and baggage retrieval was very slow and as a result we were about 1 hr beyond the scheduled meeting time. But our driver was still there and the transfer to our hotel was good.

Our driver connected with us and introduced himself via WhatsApp when we were still waiting at the baggage carousel. He was waiting with a nameplate upon our exit, ready to take our luggage and we had a smooth, forty minute ride to our accommodation. Professional and friendly service.

Dewa was our driver. He met us at the airport in the main arrivals area. Offered constant contact on WhatsApp helping to guide us through the airport to where we met him. He helped us with our luggage to his car. He took us through the back streets - his short cut up to Legian and told us some of the history of the areas and gave us some great tourism tips. Could not recommend higher.

Nice driver after we finally connected. He was not there with a sign with our name at the designated location at the agreed time. Would have been better if we knew we needed to be using What's App to communicate with the driver. We don't use What's App...

Our driver was on time, extremely accommodating and very nice. We unfortunately got stuck in a ridiculous amount of traffic (not drivers fault) taking the trip from 2 hours to 3.5 hours, not once did he complain, and he even stayed with us until we had our hotel collect us from the meeting point. I highly recommend this service, they were fantastic. Thank you!

It was easy to find our driver - which was great considering the airport was very busy when we arrived. The convenience of being able to pre-book a ride just one day before arrival was worthwhile- it was wonderful not to have to navigate / negotiate the many taxi drivers competing for customers. We were eager to get to our hotel considering we had a long travel day and it was late evening- we had an hour drive to the hotel ahead of us. The ride was smooth and the service was pleasant, however, the only thing that wasn't ideal was that we had to stop for gas upon leaving for the airport. The driver did let us know he would be stopping when we got in the car, and we assumed it would be fast. However, there was a long queue at the gas station, which delayed us 30 minutes further to our hotel. The driver should have filled up his tank before pickup.

Easily one of the best airport pickup experiences I
have ever had. Arthana was waiting for us as we arrived to Bali, and within minutes we were on our way to our hotel. Due to the lengthy trip to Ubud, he was kind enough to stop for us to grab a few snacks and water since we arrived late, and gave us great knowledge of things to do. Will definitely book with them again.

Dewa was awesome, he sent pictures of where he was waiting so we knew he was already there as soon as we landed. We landed late at night and he waited for us even though the immigration queue took longer than expected and greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our luggage to the car. Super friendly and great experience!
