Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).

All went really well. Our driver was sick, but arranged for another driver very quickly. Our driver was very patient and kept in contact while we had a delay waiting for baggage to arrive.
He helped us find him and the experience was everything we could have hoped for. Definitely recommend these guys :)

I arrived late at night after a hectic day of travel. My driver messaged a few days before to make contact and explained everything and gave great advice. Very responsive, immediate replys. Cheapest way to get to your hotel. Pre pay it and you won't get ripped off by taxi drivers and 'other drivers' at airport, no haggling, no drama, no being 'shark bait'.

The booking stated all tolls were included, but the driver said his toll pass wasn't topped up and asked us to pay cash to use the toll road. This time we just paid it to keep things moving - he asked for IDR 15,000, though the actual toll is IDR 14,000.
It's a small amount, but it's the principle - we'd already paid for tolls as part of the fare, and paying twice (plus a bit extra) shouldn't be necessary.
My tip: if this happens to you, it's usually faster to just pay cash and keep the receipt/note the amount, rather than delay the trip arguing about it. But worth flagging clearly in your review so Viator and the operator are aware this keeps happening.

Horrendous, didn’t wait, was too busy socialising outside of the airport when he should have been waiting, called me racist, was rude, dismissive and honestly had no care factor for the client. Wouldn’t recommend them if my life depended on it. 0/5, shameful and appalling

I’ve travelled to Bali many times and have always had warm, smooth airport pickups, so this experience stood out for the wrong reasons.
When I arrived, the driver wasn’t at the designated meeting point. I spent more than 10 minutes walking up and down looking through all the signs before eventually having to contact him on WhatsApp. For a first-time traveller to Bali, I think this would have been quite overwhelming and stressful after a long flight.
When he finally arrived, there was no hello or welcome, and communication throughout the transfer was very poor. I had to ask whether he even had the correct address, and there was still very little response. Then when we arrived, instead of helping with my bag, he walked off and urinated right in front of me, which I found extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing and not at all the standard of service I would expect from an airport transfer.

Driver was not there when i arrived. Not good for a solo traveller. Tried to contact him. Eventually replied saying he was delayed. Would have appreciated an earlier message. Had to negotiated wirh other drivers which is what i was trying to avoid

Hameem is a legend. Incredibly reliable transportation and his English is excellent. He’s available for more than just airport transfers and was so nice to take me around to some landmarks in Uluwatu after picking me up from the airport. I would definitely hire him again if I’m back in Bali!

I never received a call from the driver, and when I tried to contact him, he didn't answer. Viator customer service also attempted to call him, but he didn't respond. He only contacted me a few minutes ago, saying he waited two hours. Our flight arrived on time, but the immigration process was very slow, which caused our delay. I prepaid for the service but did not receive a ride, and now I am being denied a refund. This feels unfair and almost like a scam. I will be sharing this poor experience in my review of your service. I believe I am entitled to a full refund, if not more, because of the significant inconvenience caused to me and my family. After many hours of flying to Bali, I can't believe I am dealing with this. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied.

Our driver Juni was very reliable, courteous and friendly. Showed up on time and kept in touch with us via WhatsApp. He had to wait over an hour for us because my wife had issues with the immigration process. He simply took took it in stride with no complaints.

My driver was very kind and helpful with my bags which I appreciated. He spoke very little English, which is fine because it wasn't a tour but it did make things awkward. The reason I rated a 3/5 is because he was not a great driver. I got naseous because he was a speed up and brake kind of driver. He also tried to sell me things the whole time (hour ride). He had a brochure of excursions that he was trying to show me while he was driving! He also kept asking if I needed a ride anywhere while I was here and I kept saying no but he persisted.
