Dear Ms Suzana acctually I am get last minutes info from my driver he getting issue with his car so we replace with new driver but driver also didn't find you as the team also try chat you and there is no any responding also But for this issues no worrywill do the refund Thanks

Viator and car service did not pick us up nor refund our money

Do not use this driver. We got through customs and walked the line for the driver services. Ours was not there. All others had their passenger names on signs. We checked for ours and spoke to other services to help us locate our. We went to the information desk and they paged the driver and service several times and no one showed up. The desk then phoned their contact number and it was out of service. I contacted Viator immediately at the airport and asked for a refund because we had to take another service. They stated, after their investigation they could not refund us. What investigation? Talk to the driver? I won’t use Viator again.

Once again thank you very much for your review àcctually my driver already in airport from 22.00 pm with sign of your name LA SHARNDA BECKWITH and I am also sending message asking your WhatsApp but there is no any response from you and I have also a proof for our reason my driver also waiting you until 00.34 am and please also understanding you should be come out until exit gate when all the people waiting with sign name not at information inside the counter Really this is my first experience I didn't found my client during pick up service Most important when I ask your WhatsApp number kindly give us for easy communication between my driver and guest Once again thank you very much for your review Note : my driver has been in airport waiting almost 2 hours but don't blind I am not sending the driver and no pick up service Once again please give us the complete information such as WhatsApp number Messenger Or phone number Best regards Yoga Bali tour
