Air conditioning was not strong enough. Driver was on time, communicated well via WhatsApp, and knew where to go, however.

We are glad to hear he was on time, communicated well via WhatsApp, and provided good navigation. We sincerely apologize for the air conditioning issue you experienced. On that day, our driver was parked and waiting for your boat arrival at the port. As parking at the port is under direct sun with limited shade, the cabin temperature became very hot while waiting. When he met you and started the journey, the AC needed a little extra time to cool down the cabin completely. This is not the standard we aim for. We have now checked and serviced the AC system to ensure it performs at its best, and we have briefed our drivers to keep the engine and AC running a few minutes before the pickup time whenever parking regulations allow, to ensure a cool and comfortable cabin upon your arrival. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again on your next trip to Bali with a more comfortable experience.
