Wayan was excellent. It took a long time for us to get through passport control, but he waited for us despite the delay. The car was clean and comfortable. He was also very friendly and a good driver. I would highly recommend booking with Wayan!

Widi contacted us on text before hand, and came to pick us up at the airport with our name placard. He is an amazing driver and guide. Besides, he is fluent in English. During the travel from airport to the AirBnB he informed us all about Bali culture and language in detail. I strongly recommend utilizing Viator and Widi.
Definately book this driver. Excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us an overview of what to expect with abali experience.
Wayan was excellent. His communication was exceptional and he allowed us to make a. Few stops on the way to pick up some items from the supermarket and to exchange some money. There was no time pressure at all. Highly recommended

Wayan was very accommodating and was waiting for us after we arrived in bali. Excellent driving through the streets of ubud to our resort. He gave us insights of places to go see. And even kindly made a pit stop so we could stop a the grocery store before we got to the hotel
Widi was our driver and he was great company all the way to our hotel. The day before we were scheduled to arrive, I received a What’s App message re-confirming airport pick up details/ and I could see the driver’s profile photo too. We were reminded to connect to Bali airport wifi to keep in touch after we landed.
When we arrived, we had received a message including a photo of the sign (with our name) to look out for upon exit. For anyone who schedules a similar meet & greet transfer, you’ll soon realise there is a wall of drivers waiting for airport pick ups, with similar signs. So it was good to know who we were looking for in advance!
Widi is very personable, friendly and always willing to help. His car had air conditioning and he also provided a cold bottle of water. His English was great, and it was nice to just settle in and have chats as though he was a long-time friend! Great ride & service, no issues at all.
The driver Gede was excellent. He had a sign with our names, helped with luggage, gave us water, and drove us to our hotel in a nice AC vehicle which was a must with all the humidity in Bali. Would highly recommend.

Driver was prepared to pick us up holding a sign with my name on it. Easy to spot. They tend to communicate via WhatsApp in this part of the world, so you might think about installing it before you arrive. Car was great, cool, with water provided. Our driver, Suliarsa, even gave us a nice tour of the sights along the route to our hotel. Very friendly!

Widi gave my wife and I the best experience as our airport transfer! He was very helpful and communicated with us as soon as we made our reservation. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the different parts of Bali as we headed to our hotel, and he is a fun person to be around. The customs line was really long and it took us an hour to get out, and the driver waited for us with no issues at all.

I had to change the date of my pickup and I contacted them and they were responsive and helpful. Widi was our driver. He contacted us prior to arrival and was very helpful sending us instructions and made us feel at ease about our arrival. His instructions were spot on and we found him at the airport with ease. Our driver Widi was fantastic! Excellent communication prior to our arrival. He messaged on WhatsApp a few days prior to reconfirm and let us know he would have a sign with our name on it and track our flight information. He sent good instructions on where to find him on arrival and a photo of the sign to look for, he made it really seamless. Widi was funny and great to talk to on our 2 hour airport transfer. 10/10 recommend and would do this again!

We booked a transfer to our accommodation in Ubud and Widi was our driver, who we cannot thank enough for being so great! He made us feel so welcome straight away and was super friendly.
