Wayan was excellent. It took a long time for us to get through passport control, but he waited for us despite the delay. The car was clean and comfortable. He was also very friendly and a good driver. I would highly recommend booking with Wayan!

The driver Gede was excellent. He had a sign with our names, helped with luggage, gave us water, and drove us to our hotel in a nice AC vehicle which was a must with all the humidity in Bali. Would highly recommend.

Wayan picked us up late at night and was very friendly and extremely helpful. After a long flight it was so nice to have Wayan as the driver. He also and most importantly was a terrific and careful driver.

Driver was prepared to pick us up holding a sign with my name on it. Easy to spot. They tend to communicate via WhatsApp in this part of the world, so you might think about installing it before you arrive. Car was great, cool, with water provided. Our driver, Suliarsa, even gave us a nice tour of the sights along the route to our hotel. Very friendly!

Widi gave my wife and I the best experience as our airport transfer! He was very helpful and communicated with us as soon as we made our reservation. He was also extremely helpful in explaining the different parts of Bali as we headed to our hotel, and he is a fun person to be around. From the moment we booked to before our arrival the communication was very good , our driver Widi was amazing , he made the long drive from the airport to our vila so lovely we laughed and talked the whole way. The driver was great. Got in touch the day before on WhatsApp to confirm everything.
The customs line was really long and it took us an hour to get out, and the driver waited for us with no issues at all.
I would definitely recommend using this service !

I had to change the date of my pickup and I contacted them and they were responsive and helpful. Widi was our driver. He contacted us prior to arrival and was very helpful sending us instructions and made us feel at ease about our arrival. His instructions were spot on and we found him at the airport with ease. Our driver Widi was fantastic! Excellent communication prior to our arrival. He messaged on WhatsApp a few days prior to reconfirm and let us know he would have a sign with our name on it and track our flight information. He sent good instructions on where to find him on arrival and a photo of the sign to look for, he made it really seamless. Widi was funny and great to talk to on our 2 hour airport transfer. 10/10 recommend and would do this again!

Our driver, Widi, was friendly and communicative. He reached out the day prior via WhatsApp to confirm our arrival. On the day of our arrival, he provided clear instructions and a photo of where we could meet in the busy arrivals hall. During our drive to the hotel he was answering all our questions and giving us more ideas on what to do in Bali. Excellent experience.
