Very easy and seamless. Effective communication, and all tickets were prepared and ready in good time by Martika (our host for the car journeys). Martika was very informative and friendly, giving us lots of advice for the island and answering any queries or questions we had.

It was good but they convinced us to buy return ticket of them by manipulating that it won't be available later

Our staff boat front desk is trying to offer you a ticket return since is high season o that time that the staff worry about not getting space on the way back from gili to bali. As investigate that you haven't take a return ticket that is why the staff try to offered the return ticket. This was a seamless experience; picked up from Ubud hotel; arrived at port where breakfast/water was provided. The port is slightly chaotic (brace yourself). On return you let them know what day you are returning and they meet you in the same drop off spot; again lunch/water included after the ferry ride. Then dropped to our Villas in Seminyak.

The driver picked us up from the hotel on time. He was very nice and provided us with snacks and drinks. The boat was comfortable, air-conditioned, and the crew was very nice. I highly recommend.
