- The boat sails on the south coast of Santorini. The catch is usually medium sized Rock fish and Breams. Occasionally bigger fish like Barracuda may be caught. On semi private tours, the Captain will demonstrate to parents and children older than 10 how to use the bait so they can do it themselves.

The entire experience was amazing. They picked us up and immediately took care of everything for the rest of our trip! The boat was wonderful, we got a ton of fish and the lunch that was prepared was one of the most memorable meals on our trip! We were able to swim and snorkel between fishing and eating. It was truly a magical day. We learned so many techniques and local fish varieties I can not recommend this experience enough!

Great experience fishing a couple of weeks ago! Pick up was confirmed at 5pm day before and was completely on time. The boat trip itself was great - Elias was very patient with me being new to fishing and made sure I got a good turn with the rods at the back and I caught a lizard fish! He also encouraged me to be brave and hold an octopus, from me being too scared to go near it to actually saying ok I think I want to try! There was also a family with teenage children and he adapted to them equally as more experienced with fishing and keeping them entertained. The food was delicious and tasted great, the fish was good as was all the salads - all very fresh. You also get good views of the red beach. Highly recommend

Totally recommend! We have an absolute blast! My husband loves to fish so when I saw this excursion I knew I had to book it for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The freshly caught fish was amazing along with the potato dish, Greek salad and zucchini. I highly recommend taking this trip if you’re looking for a memorable experience

We had a great time on this fishing excursion! On our day it was us and one other couple on the tour and it was perfect. The guides were super friendly. We caught a few fish and the team cooked it all up for us, along with a couple of delicious fresh salads. The unlimited beverages was also a nice touch.

This is a brilliant excursion! We were picked up from our hotel at the specified time and taken to the boat by Larry (top guy!).
Spent a few hours fishing,drinking and eating what had been caught. Larry was very informative about the fish that had been caught and how the environment is impacted.
Captain Nic made sure we're we're all safe.
And, yes. There is a toilet on the boat! 😁

We had an amazing experience. We had a small group of 3 plus 2 additional guests. Our host Larry was amazing. He picked us up promptly from our hotel. He had great English and taught us lots about the island and fishing. Lunch was delicious and we learned how to debone fish we caught that day. Great snorkeling. They are a small, family run business. Awesome experience, would definitely recommend.

Just a great all around experience. My family only caught a few fish but it was fun learning the different techniques of Greek fishing. The captain and crew were great. Even with a very windy forecast, they knew where to take us so we never had any rough seas. “Larry” was awesome, very funny and entertaining, knowledgeable about the history and Santorini as well as the fish and the industry. They prepared an awesome meal of fish and Greek salads etc. And we had a great spot to swim and snorkel. Plus it was our only chance to get out on the water and see the beautiful island from that perspective which definitely is not to be missed. Definitely recommend.

We had such a great time on this fishing tour and it was one of the best experiences of our honeymoon! To start, I have no experience fishing. That being said, I had a great time. The crew was kind and energetic, taking us around the seas of Santorini, explaining how fishing is done and allowing us to participate, and cooking a fantastic meal of the fresh catch! They also made potato salad and Greek salad which was the best I've ever eaten in my life. Besides that, we went swimming, had drinks, and watched the sunset! Overall, I'd recommend if you want a relaxing and fun experience in Santorini.

This was my favorite tour in santorini . Smaller group ..excellent staff Larry , Mohamed and Nick really made sure we had a great time . Nice cold drinks the whole time. We had a blast fishing , swimming and then got to eat the catch of the day on way back , fried to perfection. This is the tour to not miss <3

Meeting local who know so many fishing skills is the highlight of the trip then meeting other people that you don’t know and become a family for 5-6 hours and you get to just share whatever you know. I can’t think of a better thing to do. It is amazing experience. It is more than just fishing.

I went on this fishing trip with my fiancee. This was the highlight of our stay here in Santorini. We almost cancelled this trip because we had already done the catamaran boat tour, but fortunately we didn't as this was far superior and not repetitive at all. This was a small group (10 people) on a boat, we didn't know anyone but it ended up being a blast.
We first got taken to a spot where they reeled in a net they set the prior day (the catch was octopus, stingray, cuttlefish, and a variety of local fish) and then they took us to a fishing spot for a few hours where I caught 2 fish and my fiancee caught 1 fish. They then cooked everything up for us and also prepared a potato, tomato and cucumber salad. We ended the day with a beautiful sunset and got back to port before all the catamarans started pouring in and holding up the docking process. The two wonderful employees with us were Mohammed (not much English, but a master fisherman and great cook) and Elias who spoke English well, picked us up, took pictures of us on the boat and then sent them to us via Whatsapp.

This was a great time had by all! Initially, I only went because my husband wanted to, but before I knew it, I was having the time of my life. Anthis and Mohamed were wonderful hosts. Anthis not only owns the boat, but she was active every step of the way. She told us everything that was going on, where we were, what fish they'd netted, how to troll fish and how to cast and drop a line. My husband caught four fish, which was part of the wonderful meal we ate on board. We had several varieties of fish, tomato/cucumber salad, potato salad, and grilled zucchini and egg plant. Everything tasted wonderful!
I definitely recommend this trip to anyone, novice or experienced with fishing. The tour was worth every penny we spent. I do recommend having them pick you up from your hotel, because the roads are narrow and winding. Plus, it's a great way to see the scenery on the way to the port.

One of the best experiences in Santorini.
The day started off with a prompt pick-up at the hotel. The host was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable.
Going on the boat you will pass by various local sites, and includes seeing red beach, and white beach (which is only viewable by boat).
We got to see the crew pull up freshly caught fish (you can participate if you want), and the wonderful crew will describe each fish/seafood caught in detail. The host was absolutely wonderful and a great teacher. You get to learn all about the local fish and their importance to the marine ecosystem.
You then get a chance to snorkel and swim while the crew begin to prep for lunch/meal. After, you get to participate and fish (rod or hand fish), and the host will teach you and show you how. If you catch a fish, it can be fried/grilled on the spot!
The lunch consists of the freshly caught seafood of the day, which is grilled & fried to perfection. Everything is fresh and light.
Wind the end of the day off with a sunset view from the boat (if you chose the evening option).
Wonderful way to spend the unique day in Santorini and highly recommended.

This was one of the best experiences we had In Santorini. If you want to indulge yourself in the culture of the island, then this is a must do. The fishing, snorkeling, eating the catch of the day on the boat and watching the sunset were all simply incredible. Anthea is an exceptional host who is extremely knowledgeable about the area and all the fish we caught. I also loved the fact that the fishing was done with a sustainable mindset. This is a must do excursion.

This is a MUST for anyone who enjoys being on the water, swimming , fishing, enjoying the fresh sea air, sight seeing, and being a part of the all around beauty of the Greek islands. Oh and then there is the FOOOOD!!!! Anthi is an amazing captain. Not only does she get you where you can catch some fish she is super knowledgeable about each species you catch as well as to how to fish sustainably.
