We had an amazing day! Maria took us all around the island, giving us plenty of time to explore, shop, and capture beautiful photos in Santorini. She explained everything we saw, making the whole experience even more special. This was definitely one of the best days of our cruise! Viator never disappoints—they always go above and beyond with every tour. Honestly, their tours are so much better than the ones booked through the cruise ship. If you're going on a cruise, check out the ship's tours and prices, then compare them with Viator's. I guarantee you'll have a better day and save both time and money with Viator. The tour operator who cares

The tour was great, and the operator was really flexible, accommodating late arrivals with no problem. I was over an hour late, but they happily got me into the next tour that left within 5 minutes. They promised to wait for me and did, which was a huge relief given the long cable car lines and tendering process. The guide, Angeliki, was knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience perfect. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santorini who values professionalism combined with friendliness and flexibility!

Appalling customer service and product

Just had our Viator experience through JAT for the Santorini shore excursion booking number #1172336643. One our guide did not inform us about a change of time and we had to wait for an hour and a half after the time was changed from 1000 to 1100. We eventually fount the JAT office and complained as we had a mad rush to meet the 1000deadline but got there a half hour early, Then for the $395 Aus that we paid we were take to three photo shoots and then taken to Oia for an hour and a half Seriously this is what we paid for, our guide was ok but nothing more I have had since two Emails sent to me about the time change..AFTER WE TALKED TO THEM!!! I would appreciate that this is looked into as we have more tours booked through Viator and expect some value for money and professionalism Thank you Terry Mutch

The tour description informs guests that the start time mentioned on your tour ticket may vary from the actual pickup time, which will be communicated closer to the day of your tour. 2. The exact pickup time was communicated to you one day before the tour's start time. 3. After speaking with our tour coordinator, we re-sent the email to remind you of the exact pickup time. 4. The 11:00 am pickup time helped participants avoid the stress caused by tendering and crowds at the cable cars. 5. When booking with Viator in the future, we highly recommend paying close attention to the provided pickup information, especially timing. Safe travels!
