If your ship tenders you to Athinios port, we will pick you up directly from there. Please look out for the "J A T" sign. If your ship tenders you to the Old Port, upon disembarking from the tender, please proceed to the lower cable car station and board the cable car. We will be waiting for you at the upper station, holding a "J A T" sign. Please note that on days when multiple cruise ships are in Santorini, there may be queues at the cable car station. Rest assured, we will wait patiently for you, even if the disembarkation and cable car ride take longer than expected

Gina was so informative and friendly. Our driver Dimitri was vivatious and engaging. We were able to experience Santorini in a short period of time. The black beach was a bonus! Great day!

Wonderful tour of Santorini. The only negative was not enough beach time if you stop to get lunch. Very beautiful!

Santorini port was pure chaos. Too many people all trying to visit. Port authority stopped tendering due to capacity. We were supposed to visit 5 stops and only had time for 2 at a much shorter time at each. Experience was not what we paid for. Don’t waste your time

Dear Guests,
Please accept our sincere apologies. On June 27, it was not our port but the NCL Epic that delayed tendering for more than an hour but then informed passengers that the last return tender would be at 3:00 PM.
Around 2:00 PM, significant concern arose among our guests, as many requested to return to the port by 2:30 PM at the latest. Although we did our best to reassure everyone of a guaranteed timely return — and reminded guests that the tendering company is one of our trusted partners — we were unable to fully ease those worries.
As a result, the program had to be shortened, and we received numerous full refund requests. To protect customer satisfaction, we accepted these requests, as the program was not delivered in full.
Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we have already seen negative feedback impact our bestselling product, which is disheartening. As you may understand, whenever cruise ships are late, provide inaccurate information, or bypass ports for reasons beyond our control, we are still held responsible. We do not argue, and we stand by our principle that the customer is always right.
Still, we would sincerely appreciate some understanding and cooperation, recognizing all the efforts we made and the refunds we have provided to support you.

Santorini was over crowded and due to this we only had time to stop at Oei for 45 mins and black sand beach for a short 35 mins. We did not get the experience that we paid for and for what we did get it was not worth the money. It was unbelievably chaotic tendering to and from the cruise ship. Hours each way due to the overcrowded situation at the port. Don’t waste your time or money.

Our tour in Santorini with Anastasia was excellent! The tour operator was very patient and flexible. Getting off the ship and dealing with the crowds at the cable cars was a hassle, but whenever we contacted the operator, Dimitra reassured us with "no rush, we will be waiting, no worries, enjoy Santorini." And we really did! We arrived 1.5 hours later than planned and started an excellent tour with our amazing guide Anastasia. She was very positive, spoke excellent English, had a great sense of humor, and was an amazing guide and person. We saw the best of the island and had so much fun. We highly recommend this company and guide to anyone visiting by cruise who wants to enjoy the best without any stress with locals willing to walk extra mile for you

I booked this trip over the phone to Viator as online was showing full. I was assured that there was space on the 5 hour trip for a solo person and I paid in full. I arrived off my cruise ship in plenty of time and waited for the tour guide. The guide arrived and chatted to the group about our 3hour tour! I explained I was booked and paid for 5 hours not 3. There was no record of this and we had to go to the office to find out what had happened. The rest of the group had to follow (in the intense heat) and wait for it to be sorted. I was told that I’d have to set off on the 3 hour trip and then somewhere on route they’d move me to another coach that was doing 5 hours. I was not very happy about this as I just wanted to be settled on one coach and with the same group of people. After a couple of stops I was told to get on another coach and I must sit on the back row right in the middle as there were no other seats available. Being in my 70’s sat in this position made me feel quite vulnerable with nothing in front of me if the coach should suddenly break. Even worse now was the teenage girl who I sat next to made it quite clear she did not want me there at all and kept sighing and tutting and got annoyed when I tried to find my seatbelt. She wasn’t using one but due to my seat position I didn’t want to risk it. By now I felt very miserable and close to tears. Eventually she asked the man in front of her who was in her group to move to my seat and told me I had to move. I just wished I could have stayed on the first coach with my group and had the 5 hours I’d booked. I paid over £100 for this miserable trip. I also couldn’t understand this price as if I’d traveled as a couple it was advertised as £59 but going solo it was £100. I only had one seat and there were solo seats on the coach?
I’d had Viator recommend by friends so felt booking with you would be straightforward not all this messing around, I’m very disappointed, it spoilt my day on Santorini and I doubt I’ll book with you again.

We regret to hear about your disappointment, and I’d like to address each of your concerns:
1. Your 5-hour tour group departed as scheduled, but since you arrived later than the mentioned pickup time, you had to wait for the second group's departure.
2. We ensured you caught up with your original group, we apologize that the front seats were unavailable; arriving earlier might have secured you one. Additionally, if you have difficulties with back seating, please mention it in the special requirements field when booking your tour.
3. We do not use any coaches but only modern Mercedes Benz 12 - 20 seater vans.
4. We apologize for any issues with fellow travelers. Please note that some of them also expressed concerns about your disruptions affecting their enjoyment. If sharing your experience with others is not ideal for you, we highly recommend booking a private tour.
5. The £59 cost is unrelated to bookings with one or two participants—this rate is occasionally available during the low season. In high season, this tour is never priced below £100.

Excellent choice to see Santorini in 5 hours. The tour guide George was very informative and funny. Our driver Dimitris did an excellent job driving us all over the island safely trying to avoid traffic and keeping vehicle in cooling condition. We saw so much, took a lot of photo with help of George and at the end when we arrived to beach had a delicious lunch at tavern which George suggested us. If you are with cruise and only visiting Santorini for 1 day highly recommend this tour and request guide George with Dimitris. You will spend an amazing time with these people and have a lot of fun and memories about Santorini. Thank you for your excellent service.

Fun tour around Santorini. Our guide was very personable and fun telling stories, facts and driving our bus. We enjoyed the scenery and photo ops and the last stop at the black sand beach for lunch. Beware the cable car if multiple ships are in port the same day- way too crowded!!!

Santorini was excellent all due to our wonderful tour guide, Gina. Although we did not get to visit Pfiroris illias (as advertised), we spent over five hours visiting the other four stops. We even got to watch the sunset. She is well-versed in the history of the island, she was very accommodating and had a wry sense of humor. It was lots of fun and very informative.

Our tour guide, Gina, was very personable and knew all about Santorini! She made it fun for our whole group and she taught us some Greek words. She watched over our whole group and we always felt safe. Gina also knew all of the best spots to get pictures! We had a brand new 10 passenger van which was very comfortable. Getting up to Gina on the cable car was a different story. We had to wait for an hour in line in the hot sun. The line after our tour was over 3 hours long so we all had to take the 600 steps down with the donkeys in order to catch our cruise ship. This was not our tour guides fault though. It’s the fact that 4 cruise ships dock and leave at the same time which creates chaos!! All in all though, we had a very memorable day in beautiful Santorini!! I would highly recommend Gina with Viator.
