We had so much fun on our private cruise. Our host/captain Spiro was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about Greek culture and history of the island caldera. The views were breathtaking and out of this world, way beyond our expectations. Transportation to and back from the cruise was on time. We had a great time
The itinerary was good and was what made the ride a good ride. Unfortunately The driver was not friendly and made things uncomfortable and so it wasn’t what we expect it. I wouldn’t recommend this ride.

First of all we would like to thank you for the feedback.
If you are talking about the skipper of the motorboat unfortunately our skipper had a serious problem this day and we had to use an other skipper so we will not cancel the last min the cruise.
Thank you again to let us know so we will not work with him in case we need him again

The captain was patient and explained the surrounding areas. The transfers to and from the port were awful…rude and did not engage or speak any English
The sailor and guide on this private tour were super amazing. They really did a fantastic job with the stops , photos , entertaining kids and the fresh cooked food !!
Very well organised. We were picked up just near our hotel and taken to the marina, quite far from Fira. The boat was fast, clean and driven well by our skipper who was really friendly and who seemed to love showing us Santorini from a completely different perspective from the hustle of the busy towns. We swam at Red Beach and White Island where the water was super clear. In between our skipper had prepared a light snack with fresh fruit and wraps. We covered a huge distance, so thankfully the water was very flat and calm. The itinerary was well planned. There was food, refrigerated drink, towels, snorkles and a toilet on board. The hot springs were just a bit disappointing as they were not that hot and there was some rubbish in the surrounding rocks (but still worth a visit as the lava formations are something different then I've ever seen). We were taken to a rustic restaurant right on the water's edge in Thirassa which had the most authentic Greek food we have had so far. On the way back we had a glass of wine and looked out at the famous sunset over the open water.

This was a great half day tour for a family. It was very relaxing and fun. Got to see all the top sites.
It was a great experience! The team was easy to communicate with, always. And they were accommodating: our schedule was tight (our cruise ship leaving at 8 pm) and they worked with us to reschedule the activity. The round-trip transfer was seamless. Petros, the captain was super nice and took us to beautiful places that you would NEVER reach - unless you go with a local. My wife and my daughter are big Mamma Mia (the movie) fans - and Petros wowed them by playing the Mamma Mia soundtrack.
Driver was late.
Boat coming back in was late and then the group on it before us took forever getting off. So we were 1hr behind schedule.
It was therefore a 4hr trip not the 5.
There was no wiping down/cleaning/disinfecting of surfaces after previous group got off and before we got on.
We chose not to get off at Thirasia for food because 1) it was too early for dinner 2) we had a restaurant reservation for later in evening in Oia, the captain therefore parked up for over an hour. It was so boring.
Overall, really not worth it.
Staff were nice enough though - the pick up/drop off drivers and captain. No complaints there.

The driver was late at your pick up as I remember about 7min because of the big traffic in oia but the cruise because of the late sunset is around 16:00-21:00 so we were not out of the schedule.
Also , there is traffic at the port when all the boats come back the same time .
About your cruise maybe you lost 15min not 1h as you told because we are trying to fix it when we see that there is traffic but if i am wrong for the hours I am sorry.
In thirassia island we stop for free time to swim at the beach or for meal in the restaurant but of course you could inform each time you wanted our skipper that you want to leave for an other beach because it is private and you manage the program.
I am really sorry if we disappointed you about the free time on thirassia and the small delays of the waiting.

Captain Spiros made the trip enjoyable and recommended an amazing restaurant on one of the islands we stopped.
Good tour and complete if you want to see the places inaccessible by car or walking.

First of all we would like to thank you for the review.
As i asked the captain he told me that Because of the wind there was a small delay until the motorboat arrives at the port for this reason the boarding and disembarkation was quickly so you will not lost time of your cruise.
About the plan of the cruise because of the wind he needed to change the basic program for safety. He took you at the hot springs of the volcano for swimming.as far as the wifi . There is wifi but there was a problem with the signal this day.
Final, when you arrived at thirassia island he told you that there are two restaurants that we stop for meal but he told you that you can anywhere you want.
