Every morning, we get our catch from Captain Dimitris (galanogiannis_boat), a fisherman who has worked hand in hand with us the last three years and without whose help and support serving fish onboard would not have been the same. No middlemen, no frozen shipments, just what the sea offers to Captain Dimitris that day, respectfully taken and lovingly prepared for you to enjoy on deck, surrounded by the same Cycladic waters it came from. Everything we cook and serve is bio, real, seasonal, and full of flavor. We hand harvest sea salt from the rocks near Panermos, gather wild capers and pick lemons and oranges from our family’s trees. We collect and dry oregano and other herbs and we produce and use only our own olive oil. Most of the things you taste, if not everything, are locally sourced. Savor the journey with us!
