No one was there when I showed up and they are now debating my refund. There is a pace around the block I just found - 2 hours for $20. Don’t book this. Rip off and they give one hour and no one is there.

We must clarify that your claims are inconsistent. Our team was at the meeting point as scheduled. It appears that upon arrival, you noticed local street rentals at lower prices and attempted to cancel your booking to save money.
Please understand that because you booked through Viator, you are subject to their official cancellation policy, which requires a 24-hour notice. We have no control over Viator's refund decisions once you are outside of that window, nor are we responsible for the pricing of other local businesses that do not offer the same premium equipment or service. We do not 'debate' refunds; we simply follow the professional guidelines of the platform you chose to use for your booking.

This is a safe and relaxing way to do paddle boarding. I am already an experienced one but I will recommend it to the first timers as well. This is my third time with them! The Condado waters are calm enough to just enjoy and toward the bridges it gets wavy but not as bad to mess up your experience! The guys are gentlemen who always accommodate your needs!

Great time was had. Easy to get the hang of the paddle boards without prior experience. Water was very calm. No manatees though!

Scary but thrilling and worth the experience. Ask questions, the instructions are given simple and quick and they don’t actually go out in the water with you.

We were on RCCL Marinar of the Seas and the 3rd stop was San Juan. We had booked the Paddleboard Rental on Viator not realizing the excursion was same one to be booked on the ship. We arrived for our 10A excursion about 935A and about 940A the bus with the people from the ship arrived...they were late for the 9A excursion. We were told they would be accomodated and we would do the Pedal Kayak instead and that we could do the paddleboarding after along with a refund. Okay...so we did that but when the paddleboarders returned we waited about 15-20 minutes for the guys to come back to help us...by the time we saw them heading our way we were hot and done. It was sort-of the perfect storm but that is the only thing we had booked. The excursion on Viator was $26 and on the ship was $76...but we paid our own transportation and then didn't get to do what we signed up for. The owner was very nice...but I will think twice booking with Viator again on something like this. Again, it was very disappointing!

Simple and peaceful activity with very friendly staff who teach you how to paddleboard. We went for a sunset paddle board around the lagoon and it was wonderful!
