The Photo Experience Dropped the Ball BIG TIME

Amendment to a previous review: Recap: booked a photoshoot with "The Photo Experience" for a friend photo shoot in Puerto Rico in mid-May. The week of the photoshoot/trip, i realized I hadn't heard about confirming a location & time with a photographer. I reached out to Viator, and they said someone would be reaching out. Then the day of the shoot came, stll no update, so I reached out again. They finally sent me an email with contact information of our confirmed photographer. I reached out to him, Kevin, directly. Kevin informed us that The Photo Experience, which is a UK based company that confirms these shoots through Viator, has messed up his reservations several times by not giving him the contact info for the person reserving the photo shoot in order to confirm a time/location of the shoot. Luckily, he was able to squeeze us in with only a few hours notice. Working with him was AMAZING. Fast forward to after the photos, I was working with my friends to "heart" or "favorite" all of our photos so we could select only 20 to download (the limit that came with the booking). When I had finally gotten everyones feedback, I was stopped by a message on the gallery that said my galler was "inactive". When I reached out to The Photo Experience to get access again, they said that I had reached my download limit, and then some! So, i reached out to all of my friends, and confirmed that none of them had downloaded anything by mistake. After several back and forths with The Photo Experience continuing to claim that we were over our download limit, they said they'd look into it with their team. A Few minutes later, I received an email saying I could download the images, only to get the same error message saying that the gallery is 'intactive'. At this time, we are being told we've downloaded beyond our limit, with nothing to show for it. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESERVATION though THE PHOTO EXPERIENCE. You may end up paying for a photo shoot and not get your pictures.

We booked this experience and a huge traffic jam prevented both my family and the photographer from reaching our destination for the photo shoot. The photographer let the company know but we never got our money back.

Eric was so kind and humorous, he made our entire family feel comfortable as he took our pictures. He made jokes and even encouraged us while we took pictures. He showed us his photos to get approvals before he moved on and even captured candid shoots of my grandbaby just being a playful kid.
