This was so very enjoyable and enlightening! I learned so much about the coffee bean plants, the harvesting and the production! Ray was our tour guide and he did and excellent job! And the tasting of coffee and chocolate was delicious! I highly recommend this tour to everyone!!!!

It was an enjoyable tour but there was no sugar cane tour. I would still go again knowing we would not learn about the sugar cane.

The staff was friendly and offered interactive elements of the tour. We felt welcomed and not rushed. Our tour didn’t cover anything about sugar cane processing. It would have been cool to see more of the farm in-action, including the roasting of the coffee. We appreciated that they picked us up from our hotel. Our driver, Jimmy, was awesome!

The tour was excellent and informative. It was pretty much what you would assume. Overall, it takes about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. You are invited to stay after the tour and walk the grounds for photos or to see the butterfly exhibit. Definitely stop to see the butterflies. It's a definite highlight of the tour.

It was fun getting to pick the coffee beans from the plant and touring the factory to see how the beans are separated, peeled, dried, and packaged. The chocolate and coffee tasting was a delicious ending to the coffee tour.

Great tour, funny guide, but pricy lunch

Great tour over the coffee plantation! We had a lovely and funny guide who told the stories about the plantation in a clear and passionate way with jokes in between. It was fascinating to see the process of coffee production from beginning to end chronologically. Actually the only downside was the price of the food. The lunch was buffet style, but in the end you were only allowed to walk to the buffet one time. Although the quality of the food was good, we found this a little strange. Nonetheless, we would definitely recommend this tour!

Coffee tour was wonderful! Sugar Cane tour didn't happen.

The coffee tour was fantastic. I learned so much about coffee picking and processing. The guide gave many interesting details. We got to touch the coffee beans at several stages, and we got to see much of the actual processing. The sugar cane tour didn't happen. There is an out-of-use partial mill on the premises, which we were welcome to go see, but there was no tour or information involved. I was very disappointed about that. I would love to see the processing of sugar cane.
