Overview

Most travelers can participate
A minimum of 2 full-paying adults is required for the tour to operate. A single traveller may join an existing group.
Each reindeer sleigh is shared by 2 adults (except in special circumstances). A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is allowed per sled. Final seating arrangements are determined by the musher on site.
The duration of this sled ride is approximately 40 to 50 minutes, so we kindly advise you to dress appropriately for Arctic temperatures.
Thermal overalls and boots are provided. The total duration includes transfer time and clothes changing time.
Pick-up service is included from selected locations. If your accommodation is not listed, please contact us to check availability.
You will receive the final meeting time and meeting point upon confirmation. Failure to participate in the safari due to missing the meeting time or meeting point will not be eligible for a refund.

everything was well organized. Pick-up at our house (in the center of Rovaniemi) at the correct time. Nice people who welcomed us. Beautiful nature-experience. And afterwards a lot of explanation about the reindeers. This was both a great experience and very informative too. Our son, who is physically disabled joined the trip. This was not a problem at all.

It was interesting and lovely to see reindeer and experience a short (but more than long enough in the cold) sleigh ride around a circuit in the forest. The reindeers and sleighs are all tied together so only the lead guide drives so you can relax and watch the antics of the reindeers and reindeer dogs. It is safe for everyone as we travelled at a gentle speed. And enjoyed warming up in the beautiful big cabin where we got to ask questions. Note that many operators bring you to the same place after fitting you out with their warm clothes so it’s not like there are lots of reindeer places to visit. If you want more thrill and speed the husky mushing 1.5hr circuit was great fun.

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis! Vielen Dank an Nadine! Es gab Wärmekleidung dazu, einen hervorragenden Shuttle Service, eine Rentier Fahrt in kleiner Gruppe mit anschließendem sehr interessanten Vortrag. Man merkt dass die Tiere gut behandelt werden.

Belle expérience !! Superbe promenade en traîneau puis explications sur leur mode de vie autour d’une petite collation. Bonne organisation avec prise en charge depuis notre hôtel. Isadora notre guide francophone était très sympathique et nous a bien tout expliqué et était de bon conseil.

Guide très sympa et aux petits soins mais ne parlant pas français alors que j'avais demandé cette excursion avec un guide parlant français. Cadre de la promade exceptionnel. Hôtes accueillants. Trop peu de temps et de contacts avec les rennes. Moment convivial très agréable après la promenade.

Ferme super sympa , ballade très longue dans la foret très agréable pour fuir le tourisme mais couvrez vous il fait froid ! Le guide est super sympa qui explique bien tout les détails sur les rênes et le petit thé chaud est très agréable !!! ATTENTION à l'organisation : le rdv à l’hôtel est fixé jusqu'à 1h avant !!! Vous en êtes informé à la réservation puis après vous recevez que l'heure de l'activité par viator ce qui peu poser pblm...
