We got a refund as raindeer trip was shorter then agreed and we were informed about it in advance. Do not recommend trips at night like our which started at 1600. Route is through forest and you bearlly see raindeer infront of your sleigh. Feeding reindeers over a fence is fine and those are wonderful animals but there are farms were you can do it directly with no fence. Information meeting at the end was very informative but we got literally one small pice of cake per person. Generaly we are promised to get refound so we should be happy but to be honest Im not as I'd prefer to get what I paid for and in a way how it was advertised.

This was a wonderful experience on a real working reindeer farm. Our driver Alex was great, knowledgeable about Rovaniemi and provided us with some facts about the reindeer in general. Our tour guide on the farm was wonderful, gave us plenty of time of ask questions and provided us with a lot of information. The location was perfect. The setting for the reindeer safari was picturesque, out in the snowy woods- no one else around and you were on a 15-20 minute ride. Well worth the price and would highly recommend for families and groups alike. Thank you!!

It was fun learning about reindeers and the farmers. I enjoyed the sleigh ride while watching the reindeer’s butt (and the little black “truffles” that came out of it 😂😂😂) and just looking at the snow covered surroundings. Then a bit later our reindeer peed and the guide said “change oil” 😂

Reindeer sleigh experience is rather chill, is a walking speed safari +feeding experience. The farm answer a lot of questions, very interesting to hear how the reindeer farm works.

My partner and I loved this trip. The ride itself is about 15 minutes but you get to see/feed the reindeer and then go back to sit by the fire to warm up with hot drinks and biscuits and learn about the reindeer.

Guide was informative and helpful. Information about the reindeer was very interesting and the walk with the reindeer was peaceful and serene through the beautiful countryside. It was a lovely experience. Highly recommended.

This was a fun and informative experience. Nice amount of time riding the sled. Our guide was funny and provided alot of interesting info about the reindeer. The safari was unique and I love that they told us the reindeer names. Getting to feed them was super cute. Added bonus were the yummy cookies and stepping into the arctic circle. Great job team, would recommend.

We had a magical experience at this local reindeer farm; from a peaceful sleigh ride through the woods, to feeding and meeting the reindeer up close, to hearing about how they are looked after and warming up by the fire with cookies and hot drinks. It was lovely being in a small group, rather than the large crowds and long lines at Santa Claus Village. A beautiful experience for us and our son.

Booked this £200 cheaper than travel agent. From start to finish superb! Private transfer pick up, messaged prior confirming and collection on time. Driver so lovely. The reindeer farm was magical. Like something from a movie. Met by tour guide who was informative. Got feeding the reindeers. Covered in blankets through the most amazing scenery. Great to hear it was very ethical. Ensuring the reindeers only worked once a day and set free to the wild after only a few months. Reindeer license at the end with free tea and biscuits. With talk re reindeers. The host was amazing. Great visit to raindeer farm. We had a good dafari for around 1 km. We pet the reindeer, they were great and we also has some drinks and cookies.

Authentic experience. The team were great from pick up (Hugo - thank you!) and Julia and the guiding team who led the ride and then hosted us in a Finnish cabin lodge with some locally made biscuits! Kids loved it, and it was a perfect experience!
The location for us was preferable to the more commercial set ups (we were staying in Santa Claus Village) and arranged tour off site. Would recommend this tour - the reindeer seem happy and well cared for! The team were dedicated to their welfare.
The landscape was phenomenal and will be etched in my mind forever!

Amazing from start to finish! We had great communication before we set out with reminders and an update of the time for pick up. We were then escorted in luxury travel to the reindeer farm and the host stayed whilst we had the tour.
The tour itself was really good. It was enough time for the sleigh ride into the beautiful woods and then feeding the reindeer. We then finished the tour with a warm drink and local pastry/cake. The reindeer farm tour guide explained facts about the area and the reindeers which was really interesting. We then travelled back in style back to the hotel. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Fantastic activity and opportunity to see the reindeer and be up close with them. The sled ride was very run and the environment was stunning. Lovely to warm up with a hot drink and learn all about the reindeer in Finland. Experience is expensive for only a short amount of time but it’s certainly worth it.

Was a wonderful experience would definitely recommend everyone to try, good for friends or family trips just a shame there was no gift shop but did get a fun reindeer driving licence.

I saw a review somewhere that reindeers walk slowly, but when we went there they ran quiet fast and therefore the sleigh ride was super fun. Feeding them was also a nice experience :)
