Pick up service is available from the listed hotels. Pick up time from different hotels are always different. You will receive your pick up point & time via Viator message. Failure to participate in the safari due to missed pick up point or time will not be refunded. If you need pick up from hotels, please meet the guide at your hotel reception on time; if you need pick up from meeting point, please find the guide at our office downstairs on time (Sunny Safari Office, Tähtikuja 1, 96930 Rovaniemi). If your hotel or location is not listed among the pickup points, please contact us (the supplier) or the platform to check availability.

The Northern Lights are a natural and unpredictable phenomenon, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. However, with favourable conditions, our experienced guides and local forecasts will do their best to maximize your chances of witnessing this magical Arctic light show.
Please dress warmly in suitable winter clothing and be prepared to spend time outdoors enjoying the Arctic night atmosphere.

The total duration includes transfer time. Pick-up service is included from selected locations. If your accommodation is not listed, please contact us to check availability.
You will receive the final meeting time and meeting point upon confirmation. Failure to participate in the safari due to missing the meeting time or meeting point will not be eligible for a refund.
After the tour, a shared link containing all group photos will be sent to participants by email. Please note that this link will be accessible to all participants of the tour. If you prefer your photos to remain private, please contact us in advance to book a private tour.
The photo link will be available for 14 days from the tour date, after which all photos will be automatically deleted. If you do not receive the link within 2 days after the tour, please contact us.

Great spot and photos but not the most well-organised

The Northern Lights were incredible and we so appreciated being able to get good photos since we only had our phones! There was a lot of wasted time at the beginning of the night due to some organisation issues within the company but the rest of the night was good. Great cabin and spot on the lake for aurora viewing, and delicious snacks on the barbecue.
