Everything was perfect. The guide was very professional with tons of information to share. The campfire was very nice, we enjoyed it very much. We were also lucky and could see some lights! I really recommend the tour. You will enjoy even if you cannot see the lights.

Comparing to our northern lights hunting in Iceland,Iceland tour was far better than in rovaniemi.Unfortunately for the 2nd time hunting there were no northern lights again, but our tour guide who doesn’t speak very good english didn’t even try harder to hunt us one.he tried his best to accomodate us

Guide was ok but it was too overcast to see anything. Kept comparing northern lights to a rainbow in terms of appearance. At least you know not to look for a rainbow when it hasn't been raining. The tour should have been cancelled given the conditions. Sitting in frigid weather around a small campfire watching food cook on a grill that has never been cleaned wasn't particularly enjoyable.

We opted for an english tour and....guess what... the location was great however the ENTIRE CONVERSATION WAS IN RUSSIAN! The tour guides were russian, they had a big russian group, and they included us with them (we are from Romania and against popular belief, we do not speak russian).

Very nice tour, although we didn't see he northern nights Evan was very informative and told us interesting facts about Lapland while we sipped on our berry tea and ate ginger cookies. The location was beautiful far from the city lights on a frozen lake.

Despite cloudy sky in late March, we still caught the huge short-lasting strong northern lights at a warm comfortable halfly-sheltered place with fire, nice foods and tea at the correct time along with lots of funny stories. The tour guide is professional and friendly. Comment from two Hong Kongers.

We could see the Aurora. Our excellent guide Mr. Ivan took us his secret place out of town. We enjoyed the hot berry tea and fire cooked sausage, too. The Aurora was so sharp and clear which he says it is very rare. We spent very happy 3 hours.
Thanks

The guide was really nice, but the event was not a too lucky one. We were out from 10 p.m. to past midnight, but did not see the lights. Also, the partially closed house where we should have sat around the fire was full with a very large group who was cooking meat and chicken almost no stop, so we had to kind of squeesh in to keep warm around the fire. The guide tried really hard to make it work, but overall the lack of lights and the packed place made the trip not really useful in the end.

We didn't get to see the lights because it was overcast, but we still had fun. We were able to go out into the crisp night air, or stay in the hut with a camp fire and roast sausages if we got cold. Our guide. Nick, was super nice, and made the experience very enjoyable.

We couldn't see the northern lights because the weather was not good. The sky was covered by clouds. Anyway, the tour was very nice. Ivan, our guide, was very friendly and told us a lot about the culture of Lapland. He also told us how the city of Rovanieme was destroyed during World War II and how it was rebuilt with the help of other countries. We had sausage barbecue in a hut next to a frozen lake. Inside the cabin there was a campfire, so we could keep us warm all the time. It was a very fun night and we enjoyed this experience so much.
We are gratfull.

La nostra guida, Tomas, ci ha messo a nostro agio e ha fatto il possibile per farci vedere l’aurora ma, purtroppo, è un fenomeno atmosferico che non è possibile prevedere con certezza.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We understand how disappointing it is not to be able to see the Northern Lights, but we hope that the experience overall was enjoyable. We hope you will be able to see them next time—they are truly magical!
