Incredibly communicative from start to finish, plus an expert guide (Arttu) who knew just where to go. Northern lights tours can be real nerve-wracking because conditions change on a dime, and after two tours with other companies panned out I wasn't optimistic. But our guide explained the situation, taught us about the science behind the phenomenon, and got us to an amazing location where after about two hours we were treated to the most extraordinary show imaginable. The pictures are jaw-dropping, but there's nothing like seeing it with your own eyes. We just stood there and watched the show in amazement and real awe. It was truly unforgettable. Thanks to this magnificent company for the experience of a lifetime and handling every aspect of it with courtesy and professionalism.

There was a mixup with my booking being scheduled for the next day instead of the date I booked and luckily, after getting in touch with viator who helped to contact with the operator, we managed to go on the date booked and luckily we did because the NL for that night was amazing! Rasmus, our tour guide brought us out to a very good spot and took awesome pictures for our small tour of 8 people. Because of the small capacity, we were able to go to take many photos to our hearts content where rasmus was very pro-active. Cookies and drinks were provided. Highly recommend!

It was definitely a night to remember! The forecast wasn’t promising, but our tour guide made a real effort and take us somewhere that we were able to see the lights. We recommend!

This was an amazing experience. Veeti our guide was incredible. We thought we wouldn’t see any lights because of the clouds but veeti was relentless in hunting the lights and in the end we got to see some of the most incredible and enchanting lights in multiple locations and got some amazing pictures also. So happy with the experience and feeling so lucky we had Veeti as our guide.

One the best activities of our trip! We initially went to a beautiful place where the sky, the trees and the snow were creating a magical scenery. After a while, we saw the lights. That made the scenery even more magical! After that, we went to a different place where we saw the phenomenon in its greatness. The lights were upon our heads, extremely bright and dancing! Many thanks to our great guide, Roman! He really knew where and when to go and we think we saw what we saw because of his experience. He also explained us everything about the northern lights and last but not least he took amazing photos of us under the lights to remember our experience.

Our driver/guide/photographer was Veeti and we travelled with another group guided by Tino. They were relentless and we were able to chase the northern lights all the way to Sweden.
The vehicles were new, clean and comfortable. Sitting 6 at the back and 2 up front. We were out for 9 hours. It was worth it and we have so many wonderful and clear photos send to us within 24 hours.
I thoroughly researched before choosing this company. I’m glad I went with them and not the cheaper option where they shove you in buses with dozens of people.
We were able to sleep in between stops. We were with 7 and 9 year old children who couldnt believe we were out that long as they enjoyed themselves playing in the snow in between stops.
They do not scrimp on the photo taking. You truly get your moneys worth.

Went solo and had an amazing time! Our tour guide was Vaati and Arto also helped out. They both were so excited and enthusiastic and gave their alll when taking our pictures! Vaati was determined to get us the best show possible and he delivered! I would recommend this 1000 times over!!! Even if we didn't see anything I would recommend and come back because of the customer service alone. 10/10 thank you all!

カメラマンさんは、とても親切で、ロヴァニエミの話をしてくれて、勉強になりましたし、楽しかったです！
出発時間はルーズでしたが、連絡をとって、指定の住所のところへ迎えに来てくれて安心しました。
オーロラが見えるところまで連れて行ってくれました！最高の眺めでした！
4時間程度の旅でした。とても有意義な時間でした。
人生で1度はオーロラが見たいと、計画した旅でした。本当にViatorを利用してよかったです。Tinoという男性が連れて行ってくれました。最高でした！
みなさんにおすすめしたいです！！！
靴下2枚、上着はヒートテック+セーター+もこもこのチャックの上着+スノボのウェア、レギンス+ジーンズ+スノボのウェア、手袋+防水グローブ、ネッグウォーマー、帽子で行きました。それでも寒かったです。
1月に行きましたが、-20℃以下でした。足に+カイロがあってもよかったなと思います。
よくオーロラを目に焼き付けてきてくださいね！！オーロラが見られることを願ってます！

Notre guide était très à l'écoute et super serviable. Il a donner toute son énergie pour nous permettre de vivre un moment magique!!! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la garantie!
