This was beyond our expectation! Although we did not get to see the northern lights the experience was still very magical! Food was delicious and the igloo was very beautiful! Highly recommend!

It is mistake that I join this service. I was be cancelled 2 times that I made this booking. I do not why. My request refund for this time now is not be processed

We could not enjoy the experience because the plane had to divert to Oulu due to bad weather in Rovanimi. As soon as we knew this we contacted the company so that they could have our places for other people. We asked them if we could do it the next day and they said yes, but that we had to pay for the activity again since, according to them, Iberia would reimburse us for the expenses arising from the delay in landing. When we indicated that we had no security of such return we were offered to rebook with a 50% discount. I understand that it was not the fault of the tour operator, but it is also understandable that I will not pay again because I have no official communication from Iberia of any kind of compensation. It is a very expensive activity not to take into account this type of circumstances anymore when there was availability on your part to do it the next day
