Such an amazing experience, learned lots about the reindeer and they are such kind gentle animals. Had the best time feeding them and going on the sleigh pulled by them and was finished off with hot chocolate around the fire. Would 1000% recommend, it’s a must do in Lapland!

Super chill and relaxing time! We were the only tourists at that time so we got to spend time with reindeer a lot and got to take many pictures together! Campfire was also really nice in the cold weather!

Amazing experience! Reindeer 🦌🦌 were beautiful. Sat and had hot drink by the roaring fire while Reindeer were getting ready then had a lovely sled ride through the frozen forest. Was -29°C so fairly cold but we had a great time. After fed the Reindeers Lichen which they loved . Hotel pickup was on time and Reindeer guide was awesome .

This was a nice reindeer experience. We went on a day when it was snowing. I would not recommend on a really cold day as its difficult to be comfortable. There appears to be a lack of communication between transport drivers and tour staff. Our driver got us there half an hour early when the tour staff weren't ready. Then after the tour the driver wasn't there and I had to make inquiries about where our driver was. He was out picking up other tours so there was a lack of communication with the schedule and I would have appreciated finding out a little bit more about the life of a reindeer. I just decided to ask several questions to gain knowledge

My tour was canceled one week before when I had planned the majority of our trip around this :(
Very disappointing since everything else was already booked with no options for other tours.

Absolute cheats and most disappointing tour . Please see the photos ... Your tour says it's 8 people and there were 27 on this tour because of which there was no proper meet n greet with the reindeer which was what we also wanted to do. There is a reason why we pay a premium. Other tourists paid 110 euro for this tour whereas we paid 220 eur because we wanted a private smaller group.
Viator s margin is definitely not 100% very smartly you guys have washed your hands off this because the tour is completed. This is not the first time we have booked thru viator it's probably the worst experience and hence never going to use viator going forward

We had luck and made trip with fewer ppl than normal.
Experience of lifetime because its so far removed from our normal day and life.
Snow covered Finland forest, completely silent except for sound of hoofs and breading of the reindeers.
Excellent crew and guide, interesting facts and history.
