Terrible experience

This is NOT a self driven tour. It’s advertised as 2-3 people with one driver and one rider. They put 4 people (we were with strangers) in one sleigh and it was not self-driven. It’s at Santa Claus village - not worth the money at all. Don’t waste money here

We’d like to clarify that the tour you chose was the shortest option, which does not include self-driving — the self-driving experience is only available on the 5 km safari. We also issued a refund for this tour. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider trying one of our longer, self-driving safaris in the future for the full experience.
