Travel to a private, hidden lake, deep in the Lappish wilderness. Don your protective suit and wade into the near-freezing lake under the cover of darkness. Lay back and allow the suit to its job; all you need do is simply float. Once you get comfortable, you'll only hear the beating of your own heart and the rustling of the arctic wind through the snow-covered trees. What an amazing, exhilarating, and powerful once in a lifetime experience!!! I had reservations about doing this because of water and the Arctic 😅, but any coldness I felt was well and truly taken over by how much I loved the experience. Communication was impeccable. We weren’t rushed at all once the experience began. It was very much guided by when we were ready to move on. The suits keep all the water out! My suggestion is wear warm clothes and many layers as you would if out and about. No Northern Lights while floating, but looking up and seeing millions of stars, the Milky Way, and shooting stars. Just, wow! On the way back, I was blessed to get my first glimpse of the Northern lights too 🥹. I have the highest of praise for our leaders Tiia and Alejandro. They were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and created a wonderful evening full of memories. Highly recommend! 🙏🏻

Fantastic experience, the feeling in the water is great and the sight is breathtaking. Boris best guide ever.

It was just me and one other solo traveller. It was cloudy so we didn’t see the stars or the northern lights but our guide was terrific! Tommy was cracking jokes all night and definitely knew how to engage us in the activity. The floating itself was super relaxing and almost like sensory deprivation which was super therapeutic. Would recommend and do it again through the same company if I ever make my way back up here!
