Airport transfer from GIG to Marriott

The driver was not waiting when I came out of the exit. All other companies were there but not mine. I had to walk all the way to the other end of the airport and the driver was still not there. Then I going the rep who took me upstairs and the driver was still not there and I had to wait more. I paid a lot more than other people did through booking.com and I got the worst service.

Sometimes it's cheaper to take a taxi?

A man was waiting with a sign for me as I exited baggage claim. There was a long wait for my transportation, however. The driver was quite professional. From what I gather, I was over-charged, as others taking a taxi paid less?

Good morning and thank you for your review. As explained in the service description and as we wrote to you in the private confirmation is a regular transfer not a private one. For someone that will be hosted at JW Marriott Hotel probably was not the right choice but the taxi rates are more expensive that our ride for a single passenger. Regards Gianluca
