The Good….Leo our driver from Rio spoke good English, on time pick up and very pleasant. Appeared it was his first time there, couldn’t find the harbor, and once there didn’t know where the boat was. We got there on time after 3 plus hours of driving. Leo did interpreting as only 1 crew member spoke English. Leo stayed onboard while we did 2 dives were okay with the dive master checking on us regularly. Water temp very cold (65F) with 5mm wetsuit. Visibility 20-60 feet. Good ladder to get back on boat. Crew was helpful in getting equipment on and off. The bad….dive company Mr. Dive or Master Dive (?) Captain didn’t do any safety briefing, started engines while divers were in the back of the boat loading. Minimal safety briefing by dive master. We had to ask for standard pre dive briefing questions. A few equipment issues which they fixed after we pushed for it. Gauge, leaking regulator and fins issues. The dive company deals with a lot of local beginners. Group of 3 certified divers were somewhat ignored. Overall it was okay. Would not recommend. If you go through the tour operator direct, price is about half of Viator. We knew this but went through viator due to better cancellation policy and recourse if something went sideways. Previously Viator refunded us with no issues on a really bad tour last year. They stand behind their tours.

Great but very wildly pricey

The divemaster was amazing and the gentleman that picked me up was awesome. Site was great, did a drift dive and a normal dive. 11m and higher. Saw moray eels, turtles and cuttlefish. Apparently not going through viator would have saved me $280 as the other divers with me only paid about $90. Feels bad man. :/

A experiência de mergulho contratada pela viator com a Rio Natural foi incrível. Desde o horário marcado para encontro no hotel, até o retorno todo o planejamento funcionou, o guia acompanhante (Rafael) estava muito bem preparado e foi super profissional, e destaque para a equipe de mergulho do barco do Cleber, todos instrutores ótimos, atenciosos, tranquilos e descontraídos, tornaram a experiência incrível. Para complementar a temperatura da água estava 23°C e a visibilidade do mergulho quase infinita. Recomendo!
