    It was a long journey but...

    It was a long journey but felt very quick. On our way back, the air conditioning was on a way too high level, we were literally freezing in the back of the bus, it was truly an unpleasant experience. Other than that, the tour of the place was good and the food was amazing.

    Wasn’t picked-up nor contacted by provider. Woke up early and was left waiting at the hotel lobby for a good 2 hours. Apparently my money is still good enough to get charged by the provider. Have not heard from them, hopefully a full refund will be in order.

    The guide Maristela was great, the crew on boat as well. All the places visited are incredibly beautiful it’s a little paradise. A little long on (3h/4h going and 3h/4h coming back) but bus is very conformtable.

    podría haber mayor interés de parte del guía se nos hizo un cobro adicional de 15 reales por cada uno aduciendo que hubieron costos de transporte no contemplados que se debían pagar en el momento

    Hicimos una reservación y cancelamos al mismo tiempo una semana antes de la fecha del tour. Tratamos de contactar a la agencia para verificar la hora de retirada desde el Hotel. Jamás recibimos una respuesta y el dia del tour JAMAS llegaron a buscarnos al Hotel. Contáctamos a Viator y otra empresa nos fué a buscar en vehículo para adherirnos a otro tour que no habíamos reservado ( al mismo lugar) pero no entendíamos nada. Pésima agencia que no responde y el chico con el que hablamos de Viator tampoco pudo contáctarse con ellos. Gracias a la gestión del empleado de Viator pudimos hacer igual el tour. No recomiendo esta agencia de tour.

    Os Funcionários do barco foram atenciosos e educados. O almoço oferecido é horrível e desorganizado almoço às 17:00 Horas A guia não auxíliou gritava. Mal educada no passeio do barco ficou dormindo no barco . Não realizando seu trabalho
