The guide was terrific. Very knowledgeable and funny. Took us all around the city. Our experience with viator was terrible which tempered our rating. I would recommend booking locally through the service directly and avoid viator.

I booked a tour for 4 o'clock for 5/13. We flew in that day from NJ. A few hours before, we got a what's app message that the guide had a "force majeure", which I understand happens. It's life. We rebooked for 10AM the next morning. It was confirmed, but then, apx. 4Am we received a message that no tour guides were available for that time. So irresponsible. We would have not wasted our precious time with them. Our experience lends me to believe you cannot trust their confirmation.
