This is a travel transfer company and for that the driver was amazing. However the actual tour we were on one waiting list after another both to go to the island and on the way back. We waited around for the next available boat. Now the food was not bad...drinks were offered only after 5 hours into the tour and there was no variety other than Coke and Rum.

We booked the tour for 10 people, all friends. The boat was for 14 people, but left only with our group. The transfer caught us at the scheduled time, made a first stop to supply and in a snack car on the road for those who wanted to buy something. From there we went straight to Bayahibe to board. We made a stop at a sandbank to see the sea stars and then two more stops, being one for lunch. As for lunch, although I had treated that I would like seafood and promised a paella, it didn't happen. From what I could see, this same menu is served by all the operators. But it was reasonable. The beer was served on the go and when we arrived at the island Saona soon finished and the way went to buy there. However, the balance was positive because the day was beautiful, the sea transparent, white sand, the crew of the boat very kind and the group of friends very lively. I recommend the tour with this agency.
