We had an amazing time! If you like to party, this is the boat for you. The staff was accommodating, fun, and nice. However, this package includes a hotel pickup. My husband and I waited for 2:30 and no one came. I called the company and they said it was because I booked it the day before. However, I had a confirmation number and tickets from Viator. The company sent a driver immediately to get us. We had to take a small boat to get to the cruise. We missed part of the experience. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed ourselves and recommended this cruise to people when we got back to our resort.

Horrible experience

To start, when asked what language, I specified english speaking. You all state that you have English speaking tour guides. My transport driver nor the other person along for the ride spoke english. The drive was suspect, the driver was slipping people money to pass through closed areas. Once at the site, the ride started at least 30 mins late. During the ride speedboats pulled up to the boat 4 times with at least 8 more passengers. None of the shipmates spoke English either. While driving to the first stop another boat almost hit out boat and none of the shipmates noticed until they almost made contact. Too many boats pull up in the same space. They DO NOT pass out fins, find help to fight the current. We only spent about 10 mins in the snorkeling space. At the second location the water was very shallow, where you were to just enjoy being in the water, however boats were moving in that space and came very close to people in the water. The snack they offer was 2 big bags of tostadas chips and cold cheese sauce, that people were all dipping from the same bowl.

Very loyd boat and the staff dis not care to adjust the volume for the complaining passengers. Drinks and food were only served if requested.

We had a nice afternoon with Fun@Sea booze party and snorkeling boat trip. Plenty of drinks and dancing, not so many fish though. Lots of fun on the boat and the crew was amazing. Thanks Ezequiel for taking care of us. Highly recommended.
