This was the most seamless excursion we have been on! The boat crew were more than helpful and so much fun! We went with a group of 18 people and made friends with so many people on the boat. Transportation was on time for pick up and to take us back all together and our driver was helpful in getting us to the building we needed to be at when we arrived. I would highly recommend this excursion to everyone!

Was extremely difficult to schedule pick up, once it was finally scheduled the bus driver was 35 minutes late so we missed the boat. Ended up showing up to the boat around 5:00 because a speed boat took us there after showing up very late, we were on the boat for about 45 minutes before being dropped back off. Music was extremely loud, couldn’t have a conversation. There was no snorkeling, and barely space to stand on the boat. We took an uber back to hotel because bus was such a nightmare. Whatever you do avoid this company.

The “snorkeling” only...

The “snorkeling” only lasted about 5 minutes and it was just sandy bottoms, no reefs/grass/fish. Definitely more geared towards the college kiddos. A big fun party, but disappointed in the snorkeling.

Keep your reservation confirmation printed and in hand. The driver arrived and didn't have our names holding all the other passengers up the finally found it only to repeat looking for it again before boarding, again holding everyone else up.

Such a fun day! Crew was great, drinks were good, snorkelling was fun. Worth the money. Only thing was lack of communication about pick up time from our resort. I emailed 2 days before and 1 day before and heard nothing back. WhatsApp seemed to be the best way to get ahold of someone.

Vibes, music, staff were great. Drink was good. Just know if you want premium liquor it’s $10 a shot. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 bcuz the there was no food just snacks. Nacho & fruit.

The only reason I’m not giving straight 5 stars is because there was a mix up with the drinks. Tickets say free drinks but it took a while to get free drinks we had to buy them in the beginning which was tricky we didn’t bring much cash and service wasn’t allowing sending apps to work. Other than that & pushy camera men this tour was amazing. It was safe and fun. The people on the boat made up for most of the enjoyment the vibes were immaculate. Music played by tour guides was great & the time on the boat was plenty! There is also no free snack so eat before or bring snacks!!
