Nice afternoon boat ride

The pickup was confusing for us. We stayed at an Airbnb and the sign up process required us to choose a hotel to be picked up. I chose one close to us and we walked there but the location didn’t appear to exist, either way he contacted me and was able to help us get picked up by the van so we appreciated that he did that and we were still able to go on the trip. Overall it was a nice boat ride, nice people on the boat. It’s not a snorkeling forward tour, this just isn’t the best area for that, I think you need to go to saona island for that. But we didn’t want to spend all day at an excursion, we just wanted a few hours on a boat and off the beach and this was exactly that so overall very good! Would do again :)

NOT a party boat. Very chill blan

So… this was the opposite of a party boat tbh lol there was only 9 of us on there of which 5 were older. It was more like a short ass your lol also the ride there no communication, they take you into a small store to sell you things first then you walk to a beach where everyone waits to get on boats. They had us waiting an hour or so to get on the boat. Then you get on one boat to transfer to the next one. Then you stop to see dolphins/sharks from a FAR distance so I seen fins from a distance in a gated pool area. Then you go to snorkel with regular goggles. Then you go to the sandbar which is cool. The snacks are fruit and nacho chips with cheese dip. The drinks are 1 offered liquor Rum and juice or soda. The captain is really cool but man this was Not a party boat at all lol

Not recommended for kids. My son was only allowed down the slide twice and the snorkeling is a joke. They stay near a bunch of other boats, the water was murky because all of the movement, and we saw nothing (only lasted about 10 minutes).

This experience was atrocious and I would like a full refund for this experience. It was beyond boring, and so bad that we requested a speed boat to take us back to the beach. Abysmal communication in terms of getting onto the boat and just overall an unpleasant experience.

Hello, valued customer: The only reason we used a speed boat for disembarkation was because the boat line was quite congested. There were three vessels ahead of us, which would have taken considerably more time to disembark. We would like to emphasize that you were provided with everything previously mentioned while on board.
