The pickup was confusing for us. We stayed at an Airbnb and the sign up process required us to choose a hotel to be picked up. I chose one close to us and we walked there but the location didn’t appear to exist, either way he contacted me and was able to help us get picked up by the van so we appreciated that he did that and we were still able to go on the trip. Overall it was a nice boat ride, nice people on the boat. It’s not a snorkeling forward tour, this just isn’t the best area for that, I think you need to go to saona island for that. But we didn’t want to spend all day at an excursion, we just wanted a few hours on a boat and off the beach and this was exactly that so overall very good! Would do again :)

Excursion titling a LIE

Make sure you ask them if everything they claim will happen is actually happening before boarding. My partner doesn't swim and I dont snorkel, we booked it for the sandbar party as seen in the photos and titling of the excursion. We get on the boat and ask multiple times when we will be going to the sandbar. Finally, the employee was forced to tell me that there is no sandbar that in this season they dont do it because the water is dirty. Which is fine if they told me BEFORE boarding so I can cancel and have a CHOICE. they also refused to give a refund even though they KNOW they were not transparent.

We made every effort to accommodate you and provide the best possible experience. The situation actually started because you requested Don Julio tequila, which is not included in the package and is considered an additional drink at an extra cost. Unfortunately, you did not agree to pay for it. Our team always does everything possible to make sure our guests have a great experience, but we also have to respect the services included in the reservation and the additional charges for items that are not included.

Waste of time and money

Horrible very disappointing.Basically they drive you two minutes into the water and park and you stay there for 3 hours they Give you snorkeling gear you swim around there is no fish . I could see my hotel from the water . The float that is advertised as the picture to promote this excursion is broken kids were bored and disappointed. Don’t waste your money. They also tell you they can’t take you to the coral reef because water isn’t clear bull they don’t want to waste gas . It’s a scam

Buyer Beware-Not the experience we were expecting!

Our tour was 10:30, received message day before moving it to 2:30, and that was late. There was NO reef snorkel, NO FISH. The second stop had no visibility into it, was not clear natural pool. The initial location that the van dropped us off was a tiny building where they wanted to sell items, allowing smoking, cigarettes and cigars, in the tiny building with children and no ventilation. Only one van so it had to take multiple trips while the rest of us waited our turn. Told 2:00 pickup, returned at 7:30 and most of that time was waiting around. The music was so loud, it was deafening. Not the experience we were expecting based on their description. The only positive was the communication via whatsapp for late pickup. We travel a lot and take excursions all over the world and this ranked the lowest.

In the country right now to many sargasso in the shore! Big reason about snorkeling area not to much fish in the corals!

NOT a party boat. Very chill blan

So… this was the opposite of a party boat tbh lol there was only 9 of us on there of which 5 were older. It was more like a short ass your lol also the ride there no communication, they take you into a small store to sell you things first then you walk to a beach where everyone waits to get on boats. They had us waiting an hour or so to get on the boat. Then you get on one boat to transfer to the next one. Then you stop to see dolphins/sharks from a FAR distance so I seen fins from a distance in a gated pool area. Then you go to snorkel with regular goggles. Then you go to the sandbar which is cool. The snacks are fruit and nacho chips with cheese dip. The drinks are 1 offered liquor Rum and juice or soda. The captain is really cool but man this was Not a party boat at all lol

Not recommended for kids. My son was only allowed down the slide twice and the snorkeling is a joke. They stay near a bunch of other boats, the water was murky because all of the movement, and we saw nothing (only lasted about 10 minutes).

This experience was atrocious and I would like a full refund for this experience. It was beyond boring, and so bad that we requested a speed boat to take us back to the beach. Abysmal communication in terms of getting onto the boat and just overall an unpleasant experience.

Hello, valued customer: The only reason we used a speed boat for disembarkation was because the boat line was quite congested. There were three vessels ahead of us, which would have taken considerably more time to disembark. We would like to emphasize that you were provided with everything previously mentioned while on board.
