No go trip

12 hour trip, but only 2 hours on Saona. Saona Island is great, but most time you spent in Taxis and Busses and waiting for other people. All chaotic and only spanish speaking crew

This was the worst. First, there was no guide for our group even though this was a private tour with our guide. We waited over 30 minutes past the pickup for the driver after speaking with him several times verifying if he was there to pick up our group he said NO. It was not until one of the hotels staff contacted the vendor to only find out the guy was our driver. Then we drive 10 minutes and stop at a gas station only to be told we were to transfer to a large bus with a group of other passengers. after paying for a PRIVATE GROUP TOUR. Still no guide. As a travel agent, I would never recommend this company to my client. The service was horrible and I would not even give them a 1. Definitely will never use this company again.

Worse experience ever for an excursion! Terrible! Took two hours to get to the boat, only spoke Spanish, terrible trip to the island with hundreds of people. Food was terrible. Boat ride back was way overcrowded and extremely unsafe.

Bonjour nous avons réservée cette excursion avéc un guide parlant français hors encore une fois personne ne parles français nous étions censée être convoquée à 7h30 hors a 10h30 nous étions toujours pas embarqué sur aucun bateau nous sommes montée à bord à 10h45 du matin je vous rappel que nous étions convoquée le matin à 7h30 bref une fois embarquée dans le spid boat nous nous sommes arrêter exactement 20 mn dans une piscine naturelle où il y avais aucun poissons mais alors vraiment aucun poisson ni étoile de mer une fois les 20 mn écoulée nous sommes remonter à bord direction l'île de saona où nous avons pris le repas la encore une fois un seul bout de poulet par personne et c'est pas la cuisse entière hein c soit le haut de cuisse soit le pilon voilà on est encore une fois bien loins de là prestations pour laquelle nous avons payée par conséquent je vous demanderais de procéder au remboursement intégral de cette excursion Garcia

The bus ride was okay. the ride with the speedboat was ok too. the first stop was very nice because the water was crystal clear and we saw 2 starfish. The island of Saoma was not that great because you couldn't see anything from the island. Man is only 2 hours at the same point. The food was a buffet with little choice. The sea was full and dirty with algae and stones. There was no water to rinse off. The return trip was the worst part of the tour. To this day I still have a detriment from the loud music. The return trip with the catamaran was hell for 2 hours. Die Bus fahrt war in Ordnung. die fahrt mit dem Speedboot war auch ok. der erste stop war sehr schön, weil das Wasser glas klar war und 2 Seestern gesehen haben. Die Insel Saoma ist nicht so toll gewesen da man von der Insel nix zusehen bekommen hat. Mann ist nur 2 Stunden an dem gleichen Punkt. Das Essen war ein Buffet mit wenig Auswahl. Das Meer war voller Algen und Steine voll und dreckig. Es gab kein Wasser um sich abzuspülen. Die Rückfahrt war das schlimmste an der Tour. Ich habe bis heute noch eine gehör schaden von der lauten Musik. Die Rückfahrt war mit dem Katamaran 2 Stunden Hölle.
