The driver threatened me and said he would leave me at the airport because we were stuck in customs. He had no patience or respect. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

hello thanks for your comment , 1 _the servicice you book was with limited time after flight landed we gived you 60 minutes free time to checking and 30 extra minutes without extra payment and when you finaly outside ready to go you refused to come because your husban wanted to stay in buying stuff outside , we understand inside can be long line to be ready but if you are ouside and ready to go its fair wanted waiting more time just beacuse beacuse you wanted buy stuff ............ sorry but the booking is limited time and its not only you all day

Not enough seats

We booked transportation specifically for a group of 10. The vehicle was not large enough for the 10 of. Not enough seats, nothing to do with size. They knew it wasn't large enough because they brought small car to take some and of our luggage and one person had to ride in the car separately. Not the best experience given that we set the number of persons beforehand.

hello ,thanks fot your review you booking a van for 10 passengers we sent you a toyota hiace up to 12 passengers, seat when we check everyone had 2 luggages and others bags the bags taked the space you forgot to mentioned we sent you 1 adicional vehicle without extra charg just to competed the services , next time please mention quantify of passengers and quantities of bagages to send correct vehicle, thanks again to choosing us
